I’ve been with them for three years

I’ve been with them for three years, and everything has been fine. However, since I recently moved, trying to understand my November bill — which seems to include charges for September — and getting my final bill sorted out has been frustrating. The woman on the phone is rude.
Update: I was contacted and bill was resolved.

bought a brand new motherboard around…

bought a brand new motherboard around xmas and this week I bought all parts and ready to install and i see the socket pins are completely damaged. probably a customer return. Why would u send damaged items or returned item as new?so deceiving and outright bad practice seems there is a reason why it was on sale. I will report this business practice so customers will be cautious

Ordre #15297, sadly the order never showed up and I am not sure where i stand, should provide tracking number so I can least see where is the package. Communication is not very top notch since the order is missing, i have to call the bank to fix it

Ordered a brand new philips tv worth…

Ordered a brand new philips tv worth 17000, and everything went nice but when I received it i found the accessories all looked wrapped in old plastic with all scratches on the plastic, like super scratched. I didn't dare to unpack the TV as I am sure it is a demo in the shop or returned one. It is not okay to push returned ones as new. I

Update: They did sawp the one for new apparently philips somehow makes scracthes under the remote or the distributor. Overall they sorted the issue and was easy to work with but then I made an other order and told the seller to wait but they sent me to rki for something i have no received even I specifically told I will wait. what a mess.very disorganized

I apologize for the confusion regarding the date of delivery. The expected stock date you have seen is one our system generates when it is unknown when we get the product back in stock.
Unfortunately, this means in practice that the supplier has not been able to inform us when we will get the item home.

Bought a herman miller cosm chair on outlet sale, after a week it is already making cracking noises, the only herman miller authorised seller is interstudio and it seems there after-sale support is good. Herman miller is garbage plastic stuff you should avoid.

After a glass broke down in the package sending a broken pic of the package and explaining what happened in 5 emails and 2 phone calls i get same email again after 3 days, asking same info. Works well untill something goes wrong, then your left with incompetent customer service

i was a customer of sea nve and andel…

i was a customer of sea nve and andel took over and I am unable to login to see bills so I wrote 5 times as I am not getting the login details email, waited in queue to get to customer service 4 times each time 60 minutes and finally got one time and he said they have issues and I need to speak to someone and put me again in the queue after 60 minutes. garbage at best so switching my provider and if I don't get bills I cannot pay and if u ask me to pay late fee I will take u to court

I ordered something and before I received it I saw the prices for 2 products went down 20%. So I contacted them asking if they would give me the difference. In a few emails, they keep saying my order has a 20% discount and after sending the order details and how much they charged they suddenly said you ordered when there is no campaign so we cannot give the discount. So why did you keep lying that my order has a 20% discount when it clearly is not and then suddenly change your narrative? says a lot about a company that lies

Actually we did communicate in the "order shipped" email, that there are 2 tracking numbers and if you have the Postnord app, you should also be able to see 2 tracking numbers there.

avoid

ordered on 26th then never received and I paid 45 for shipping also. When called they told me they will investigate and it takes 10 days to refund or find it. So basically 2 weeks waste of my time and out of my pocket.

I did call several times and as of today it has been one week since I ordered and no package yet or refund.

Seems like the customer support just…

Seems like the customer support just reads and writes scripts. They didnt mention after u place order the shop has to accept which can take time and then ship. So express shipping sounds too far reach. Still waiting for the shop to accept and I keep asking how long it takes and all i get is a scripted respnose.

I ordered a jacket which cost nearly…

I ordered a jacket which cost nearly 4000 from zoo village and with the tags on I tried to tighten the jacket near the torso a small part that holds the tightening came off. I am shocked that a retail jacket costing 6000 dkk cannot even hold it for 2 days let alone for years. Very disappointed in the quality, I wrote to norse as well as zoovillage but I doubt I get money back. I was really looking for a quality product when you pay that much. Made in china should have been an early warning. This shows expensive stuff will not equate to quality.

Update: the after service was good and I got full refund which seems fair perhaps take this input to better the product. The tightening straps need to more robust and also the main zip is not very smooth.
