if i could do a negative score I would. the blanke that i spent so much money on was a sheet.

Was excited for the plushy, "snuggle-approved," ultra-fleece blanket, as advertised on their website, but rather received a thin, stiff, hard, itchy, felt-like piece of material/fabric. Customer service refuses a return b/c it's personalized. Very disappointing!

The item was described on the website as a personalized sweater. When it delivered, I discovered a sweatshirt, not a sweater. The printing on the sweatshirt was offset and tilted. I contacted the seller twice, Lyto Brands, Hey Balu, providing a photo of the defective printing on the sweatshirt, and requesting they reprint it correctly on a T-shirt. They refused to acknowledge the printing error. Instead, they offered a 50% discount on another order.
If they misrepresent their products and fail to check the quality before shipping, I would not trust the quality of any product ordered from this company…..buyer beware!

I ordered a custom blanket for my sister for Xmas. It took two weeks to get here and was terrible quality- the printing was trash with loose string outlines throughout and inconsistent color saturation. I had to buy a replacement gift- I requested a refund and was denied- no quality control and a complete scam. Do not order from them. And if you already did and got a crappy product- dispute the charges with your credit card company.

I’ve never left a review on anything before but this website is so bad I’m going to be leaving one today. I ordered the customized blanket on the 15th and it said it was shipped out on the 18th. That was the last update I’ve received. I’ve tried to contact them several times and received nothing back. This place is a total scam and I think everything they say about themselves on their website is a complete lie. I have no clue when I will be getting the blanket I ordered if I ever get it at all. I’m beyond pissed and at this point I don’t even want my blanket anymore I just want a refund.

The T-shirt I bought for my wife arrived and she loved it, then she washed it and the image is almost completely gone, not worth the money at all. Also, the blanket I ordered is tiny could probably only cover a toddler.

I ordered a blanket December 9th I never received it it was supposed to be a Christmas gift to my daughter what a bummer. I don't recommend ordering from this website

If I could give a 0 I would. DO NOT order the “Blanket”. It is not a blanket. The quality is horrible!! It’s like a piece of felt. I reached out to them and will not refund my money. They do not stand behind their product.

Their definition of a blanket is one very thin layer of fabric- like one layer of flannel fabric thin. I will have to sew on a backing in order to make an actual blanket. The print looks nice. But, NOT worth it!!!!!

The picture of the dog on the T shirt is horrible. They will not answer my complaint. I requested a full refund and I get no communication. Do not order from this company!!!!

What a scam! My wife ordered a blanket for me with our dogs face on it for Christmas. Received it and it’s junk. Our dog is an English Bulldog and it’s so small, it barely covers her. The quality is HORRIBLE. It’s not a soft blanket, it a chamois to dry your car. The edge was folded when printed so there’s wrinkles in the material with no printing. And they don’t offer refunds. Any company who does not stand behind their product with a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee is crap. STAY AWAY!!!!

Would give a zero if I could. The imaging is fine but the quality of the blanket is just awful. Like Dollar Store cheap. Don’t waste your money like I did. WAY overpriced!

Ordered as a Christmas gift. 13 days,still no information, no package. Very disappointed with service. Chose due to the fact they’re a local business instead of big Amazon business. Will be asking for a refund!

I wrote a one star review a few days ago and I would like to revisit that. I got my corrected order today and it was beautiful. I still didn't get any communication from the company but am very pleased to get my blanket before Christmas. So my review is now 4 star with only the lack of communication as a problem.

Spent $50 on a blanket for my son for Christmas and was so excited to get it. However when I opened it I found it’s the size of a baby blanket. Pay attention to the size!!!! In my opinion the price is way too high for the size and quality.

I was attracted by the product and price but was somewhat concerned about losing my money and time becuase the company is not known and a ad on Facebook. I ordered online 12/9/25 and received it 12/16/25 and the quality of the hoodie looks good and my wife's dog photo I used looks amazing. So far I am completely satisfied and I know my wife will be crying on Christmas.

Purchased a t-shirt as it looked super cute, but in reality, the materials used are very cheap. This shirt didn’t even make it through a full day of wear and tore in 3 places (hadn’t even been washed yet). When I wrote to get a refund and to show them the tears, they refused stating it ”has clearly been stretched” and as a consolation they offered a 50% off voucher (as though I would waste my money on another crappy shirt). Very disappointed and not worth the money. So buyer beware

I need to share how after continuing to explain the matter with my product not being satisfactory, there is a woman, "Mia" who read all my emails (which I feel bad to send so many of), but the outcome did not look good UNTIL Mia replied back with a wonderful "solution!" I am now very grateful & I'm sure this time receiving my product, will be as promised. Thank you Heybalu & I hope to do more business!

I ordered from Heybalu (Bestellung #HB37691
) because of their cute products. However, the order was very delayed. On the positive side, the product quality was good, and everything arrived in perfect condition. As compensation for the delay, I also received a voucher, which was a nice gesture.

Overall, Heybalu offers adorable products, but if you're considering ordering, be prepared for a longer wait.
