Ordered the glass heart with…

Ordered the glass heart with light//picture in the middle of me and my gf for Valentine’s Day.. it arrived chipped, and looked terrible.. instead of a clear picture, there is a blue tint completely covering the photo. I thought it was a protective covering to peel off but it’s not. It’s just a horrible print, never again will I order from this place.

I ordered an image for Valentine’s Day…

I ordered an image for Valentine’s Day but when I receive my confirmation, it had a different address. I went on their website and changed the address twice, but have yet to receive a confirmation with the correct address. I tried to reach out to their customer service people, but they put me in touch with a third-party that charges to have a phone conversation. I’m trying to cancel the order because their customer service stinks.

I ordered a door mat here

I ordered a door mat here, with a picture on it. Ordering was easy, but I had a bad feeling because you can‘t modify the image at all and on a few tries, it cut off pieces with their AI. I managed to get the preview right and ordered, but when the product arrived, the print was messed up, they deleted colour patches that made no sense. I contacted customer support and they sent me the new mat. I also thought for the price of over 40.- and the pictures that I’d get a real door mat, but it’s more like a foam pad, at least it has anti slip on the backside but if I had know it was not a real mat, I would’ve ordered a different one without a fake cheap mat print in the background. I think the quality process is very lacking at this firm and it would‘ve been easier for you to check what you print before packing.

I wish I would have done what I…

I wish I would have done what I typically do which is read reviews before ordering!! I was excited when I saw the advertisement on Facebook, and it was for a birthday gift for my husband. It was a photo from our wedding that was going to be on the COUPLE poster. This company has got to be a SCAM!! After I placed my order, it did not look legitimate, and I haven’t received my product as promised. 😡😡😡

Absolutely terrible…

I wanted a special gift to give my wife for Valentine’s Day. The product I ordered came out blurry and had a much darker hue than the original photo and the preview photo. When I emailed their customer service, they told me that it was my fault and that the picture I used made it come out the way it did. Apparently their printers don’t know the difference between black and brown because the photo that was delivered made me look like a silhouette. I have never been so disappointed with the customer service. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

Order of CHF 600 Not Delivered and finally fully reimbursed

Order of CHF 600 Not Delivered – No Response

I placed an order of CHF 600+, expected on 11 December. It’s now 20 January, and I have received nothing and I no longer want to receive the package because it was for a past surprise. There is no need to send me the package.
I contacted the company several times and got no reply at all for a reimbursement procedure.
Extremely poor client service.

Order received not as described on the website. I tried Multiple times to reach this company, but there is no customer contact phone #. You can only reach them by email. I sent multiple emails and no one from this company has responded.

Disappointed-Save your money

Welp- thought this was such a great idea and wanted to surprise my bestfriend with a hoodie for Christmas. My order arrived about a week after I purchased and it was someone else’s personalized hoodie. I tried to submit a return or exchange but these guys are impossible to contact and even after I typed up an email and submitted two requests for support in their sote I have not heard anything back. Their refund/exchange policy states on their page that their isn't one “because they work hard to create one of a kind items” bet they didn't consider what it looks like when their warehouse screws up and send off the wrong item. Also want to ment that the other persons hoodies I received is very poor quality- pass this up!!

disappointing product

The product photos in the website are extremeley misleading, very disappointed with the product. When you order a door mat you want a door matt not a door matt print on a large mousepad. The photos or the description in the website do not mention or show this at all.Very disappointing experience.

I order a gift for mother’s day 1 week…

I order a gift for mother’s day 1 week earlier. While ordering, the delivery date was promised before the Mother’s day. However today is 1 day after the Mother’s day and I still didn’t receive the gift, nor any notification from the website about the delivery. When I check with DHL it only states that the delivery data was shared electronically with DHL.

Misleading Advertising and Poor Customer Service

I had a regrettable experience with Famwalls that I feel compelled to share. Initially enticed by their advertised delivery times of 1-2 days, I eagerly placed an order for their product. However, what followed was a series of disappointments and frustrations that left me deeply dissatisfied.

The first red flag arose when my order failed to arrive within the promised timeframe. Concerned about the delay, I reached out to their customer service team, only to be met with vague responses and evasive tactics.

To add insult to injury, Famwalls adamantly refused to cancel my order, citing baseless claims that the product was already in production and that the delivery times were clearly stated on their website. This assertion couldn't be further from the truth; their advertisement explicitly promised swift delivery, a promise they failed to honor.

The blatant discrepancy between their advertised delivery times and the reality of the situation showcases a concerning lack of transparency and integrity on Famwalls' part. By misleading customers with false promises and then failing to address their grievances in a satisfactory manner, they have demonstrated a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction.

In conclusion, my experience with Famwalls has been marred by dishonesty, poor communication, and a blatant disregard for customer concerns. I strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution when dealing with this company and to manage their expectations accordingly.
