Extremely poor customer service

Extremely poor customer service! They shipped my product and I never received it. USPS tracking said it was returned to them. They didn't refund anything. There is no way to navigate the web site to find a resolution and I had to search the web for a phone number. They said 11 minute hold and it was 2 hours and then hung up. I ordered the same drug from Costco and it was a fraction of the price! Ripoff

The meds

The meds, and service are fine. After my recent knee surgery, I have had a medical situation arise. I was not feeling well at all. Went to the dr. And found that I have become diabetic.
My sugar was 590. Need to take care of my problem. Then plan on restarting the program after my personal physician okays me.

on glp-1 for 3 months

I've been on glp-1 for 3 months now. Haven't lost any significant weight. 4 pounds. I'm at 32 units for 4 weeks. I've been doing 2 meals day with protein bars and shakes. Not satisfied with the results.

My naturopath tested me for insulin resistance, which I am.
How do I break this with being on the protein bars and shakes?

Waiting weeks - now i cant delete account

Waiting WEEKS i keeo asking whats happening - only thing to actually TALK to is a AI robot.
Finally got an answer to uodate my card info cuz they hadn't even TRIED to charge me
Ok - thats enough - ill go elsewhere - delete my account - nope! Impossible!
Now these people have all my information and its impossible to delete it. Wonderful. What a great waste of time

I have placed a order last night with…

I have placed a order last night with so much confidence, it took me a two minutes to search “Hims review” after placing the order to find out that they are not a reputable company, millions of reviews about auto-shipments and not being able to cancel subscriptions. I have emailed them to cancel my order literally 5 minutes after ordering and they have shipped it, now it’s saying that they don’t do refunds all over the internet. I am disappointed it feels like their only objective was to get my payment details. Won’t be recommending to anyone and the product hasn’t even arrived yet, solely for their unethical behaviour. Now they are offering me a 30% discount as they can’t refund. No thank you. Order number: 3lVGa091

Won’t let you cancel immediately and won’t send you notifications that they’re charging you. It’s a horrible online pharma company that only cares about making money, not patient well-being, not consumer choice and safety, not the health issues the customer is experiencing.

the way they conduct their business is frankly concerning and i’d recommend using another service instead of theirs.

I only want a one month supply.

I only want a one month supply.
The set-up on the system implied I could order a month or various other combinations and I have received a bill for 12 month!!
I'm still awaiting a confirmation that it will only be a one month supply - I do not want more at this time.

The worst of health care in an app

The online/in-app care team do not respond to requests and there is no escalation. You have to trust that at sometime, someone will decide to answer your chat.

I have tried meds through them - just don't tell them they do not work, you will be blamed and the same meds will be sent out.

All in all this is just a garbage app that is run by people that hold zero accountability to the customers. There is nothing easy or time saving about the app or the service. It is what we all hate about health care and medical services these days - too much money, zero accountability and NO customer service.

Extremely poorly run company.

Very limited avenues for contact, few updates on orders and no way to cancel ongoing treatments or plans on the website. I ordered over £100 of treatment from them, the order sat doing nothing for quite a while so I cancelled it. I contacted support, they offered no information at all, no apology etc. This is not the first issue I've had with this company but it will be the last!

Update on my experience.

I seem to be stuck between 220 and223 back and forth. The most weight I have lost was when I had oral surgery and couldn't eat solid food for a week. For two days following my injection I have raging heartburn and feel like my food stays on top of my stomach. So far I have been well pleased with the company and its emplyees.
