My replacement washing machine was received 09/02/2026 the engineer connected it put it on a test run and left.
Later on i put on a wash when it came to spin it started making the most horrendous noise, i called the next day and spoke to a rep from the 28 days team who told me i would have to pay £75 for an engineer to come out i hung up and called back the next rep I spoke to could clearly hear the sound and arranged an engineer visit as she said the connection was not done correctly.
Engineer came this morning pulled the pipe to the side and left. The machine is still making the awful sound, I keep trying to tell these people your test run will not show the problems we face which occur after a wash cycle
I know machines make noise when they spin but this is not normal.
Gentleman named Tim came out and carried out the repair. He was amazing so reassuring and knowledgeable I felt so confident and reassured. Thank you so much Tim for your effort and help!

We bought a Hotpoint washing last May (2025) it broke down in January (2026) only 8 months old! We had to wait a week for the engineer to come only to be told the motor had gone. Then we have had to wait another 12 days for a engineer to carry out the repair. Because of this inconvenience it has meant trips to the Laundrette so far costing over £60. So be aware if you buy a Hotpoint and it breaks down you will wait a long time for a engineer from D&G .This is terrible service from Hotpoint and D&G. Never again will we buy Hotpoint
After a kitchen refit 2 years, purchased the above integrated fridge.
Just stopped working one evening, no power, lights etc...
Called Hotpoint and after 5 phone redirects and the same again in my recieting my details, they suggested £175 call out or a £25 warranty with D&G.
They came out and their engineer went straight to thermostat and fixed with new part in 2 minutes fully aware that this is a common issue. I then paid £120 to cancel warranty as it seemed ridiculous to pay £300 a year for a £450 fridge that was only 2 years old.
I tried to complain to Hotpoint that under the consumer rights act 2015 I should have some protection but they just said 'things can go wrong' so effectively ignored the act altogether.
Hotpoint (or associated brands) will no longer get my custom.

We found the staff extremely helpful and the prices offered were top notch. We purchased a dishwasher and are very happy with the purchase. Would highly recommend.
If I could give less I absolutely would. What AWFUL customer service this company has. I have been left without a washing machine since the middle of December 2025! Every engineer they send out either brings the wrong equipment or just didn’t bother turning up. I was then told after numerous calls and trying to get through on that shit they call virtual assistants. That I would have a replacement machine BUT never given a date or time for this. It is Now the 11th February 2026 and still no fixed washing machine or replacement machine. I have to block my number in order to get through on the phone when I try and ring, and then once I get through they “try and help” by putting me through to the “right” department only for the line to go dead. Absolute dickheads.

Repair to cooker was carried out very well but it took a month from reporting the fault so we had no cooker for 4 weeks

The technician came to repair the dishwasher and said it was fixed and left.
5 mins later we tried the dishwasher and it did not work. We called the help desk who eventually got through to the technician who said he was no longer in the area and would not return.
Another appointment provided for 13 days time!!!!
