I bought a Bosch fridge/freezer, it stopped working after 5 years - so it's beyond economic repair. It might have been a ' Friday fridge'. If my experience is a 'one off', well so be it, but there is... See more

Absolute pile of s**t. The temperature drops from 200 to 100 without knowing. If you didn't spot it, you'll end up with food poisoning!!! I'd never touch Bosch again!!;
Bosch oven bought October 2025, installed December 2025. By late January the door hinge failed — on a nearly new appliance.
Engineer came, didn’t have the part. Appointment rescheduled due to sickness. Second visit — still no part. Customer service claims the part is “in stock” but we are now waiting yet again.
Multiple missed appointments, poor coordination, and weeks without proper use of a brand-new oven. Extremely frustrating experience for a premium brand. Not the level of service you expect from Bosch.
Sadly, I cannot edit my original review because it still states as pending three weeks later I have no clue anyway
I bought a dryer from Bosch. I had the sensor board changed because it was making my dryer into hours into minutes into minutes into seconds so when I put it on a load for 57 minutes it was actually doing 57 seconds the guy came round and fixed it over a week ago. I’ve used it twice and then it’s been fine now today is started again 57 seconds again it’s driving me nuts.
I’m guessing now, it must be a sensor issue and not the control panel board issue. because the dryer thinks my clothes are dry, even though they are not.
Sadly, it means now I’m gonna have to ring up and book another person to come out and fix it and last time they came out it was 7 am. I wasn’t exactly best please I didn’t think anyone would. It was still dark when he arrived here.
I know this came with a five-year warranty, but literally I don’t think I would buy another product again… if I’ve got to keep calling them out it’s going to get irritating

Have a number of Bosch garden tools. Returned one under warranty 22/01/26 had a prompt reply saying they were unable to repair it but would send a replacement in 2-5 days. Since then nothing despite the at least 5 emails I sent. Absolutely nothing😠😕So it appears that their warranty is worthless. No tool No repair No replacement No contact.
Bosch (UK) – Extremely Poor and Unacceptable Repair Service
This is by far one of the worst repair service experiences I have ever had in the UK.
Bosch’s so-called “repair service” appears to follow a pattern: they send their own technician to your home, pretend to inspect the boiler, and then deliberately find an excuse to refuse repairing it. In my case, the issue was clearly a boiler fault, yet the technician randomly blamed unrelated matters such as “external pipework,” “possible wall leakage,” or “low pressure,” claiming the problem was “not related to the boiler” at all. This was clearly an attempt to avoid responsibility.
After refusing to repair, the technician then stood around doing nothing, seemingly waiting for the customer to become impatient. Once you show even the slightest frustration (which is completely understandable when your heating and hot water are not working), they immediately label you as “emotionally aggressive” and use that as an excuse to stop the job and leave.
After that, you are forced to book another team, which Bosch outsources externally. This then takes one to two weeks just to get a schedule. Even worse, their communication with their own outsourced team is absolutely terrible. Bookings that were supposedly confirmed turn out to have never been passed on at all.
I was messed around twice, wasting two full days. On one occasion, when I called in the morning to chase the technician, I was told they would arrive before 2pm. After 2pm, I called again and was then told there was no booking at all. Later, they even claimed a technician had already attended and that I “did not answer the door,” which is completely untrue.
When I called again to clarify, the staff repeatedly insisted that I “did not understand them,” kept changing their story, and said they “didn’t know what happened” and needed to “investigate further.” When I simply asked them to stop wasting time and re-schedule properly, they refused, insisting they must “fully investigate first.” This stubborn attitude made it very clear they had no intention of fixing the problem.
As a result, my boiler was left without heating and hot water for nearly two weeks.
This is not just poor service — it is deliberate obstruction, lack of accountability, and complete disregard for customers. I will strongly warn friends and family never to buy a boiler serviced by Bosch. Their products and repair service are absolutely not worth it

I will never buy from this company again. Terrible customer service. My unlimited 7 cordless vacuum had the little nub on the dust container body break. It's a flimsy bloody part.
The thing is under warranty but they insist on sending an extra engineer to LOOK at the plastic part, which yhey he won't not have the part with him.
So after I Lose a day of work waiting for him, the closest appointment being a week away, They will then, AFTER the genius engineer confirms it is broken, orafyer his state of the h art, nano imaging spectroscopy or whatever he will pretend to doz they will then take another week to post me a bloody part;!
All done you don't honour your damn obligation..n
I recorded the call as I stated on the phone. I am honestly, as I ALSO stated, going to record the engineerd wtat of the art ixray or whatever of a a cheap plastic part and a I'll be putting both on my YouTube channel so everyone can see the legendary German reliance , quality AND efficiency. I honestly cannot wait.

Spoke to a person who booked an engineer appointment and verified promptly with a follow up email.
Received a couple of reminders and confirmation of date and time which they managed to bring forward
The engineer was on time, polite, knowledgable and fitted a new module ensuring it was working correctly before leaving. Replaced kickboards, cleaned up after himself and verified the length of warranty on the fridge

Bought an induction hob at the start of November 2025 as I was attracted by the offer of a complimentary set of pots that were compatible with the hob and submitted my claim for the pots. Was told on a email they would be recieved within 30 days. It's now nearly the start of Febuary and have recieved nothing but standard automated replies from them telling me they are looking into my claim. Absolutely terrible customer service and I eventually paid €200 euro for a set of pots myself. Don't get drawn in by their promotions.
Update***
Was contacted promptly by a Bosch social media adviser who told me that they do not give a date for delivery of the pots in the promotion even though I forwarded the proof of the delivery date that I had recieved by email.
We have a Bosch induction hob.
First I’m charged £109 for them to come out and tell me the model number because it is conveniently (NOT) located underneath the hob which I can not get to!!!
If they knew the model number the error code would have been enough to diagnose.
The part required is costing £350 plus time.
I could buy a NEW one for that price!!!
I Also had to contend with a rather surly engineer who told me if I couldn’t stay in to pay him (my husband was on a client call) he’d have to leave.
Outrageous
I will NEVER buy another Bosch appliance no matter how good they are.
In response to Bosch
I can’t see how to reply on trust pilot, to the Bosch customer services who are asking for my details.
Guess what
I’m not inclined to give them more personal details - so they can sell them on to a third party.
I have nothing else to add. The engineer was doing the best job he could under the circumstances, but could have been more pleasant.
The only interaction I’m interested in having with Bosch is if they want to offer me a refund…

Great washing machines - but toasters? I’ve had two now, one went down after 10 months, and the next one went down after six months. The last toaster was Purchased via Amazon, With no extra protection. They have offered a repair back for repair service is an absolute nightmare, So much to do for a mega £35 spent??! I just haven’t got the time for this. Will never buy again for the kitchen. Disappointing
Bosch has reached out to me. Unfortunately, they only offer a repair, and I view with my consumer rights after six months this is a manufacturing issue and not ware and tear issue. Therefore, a complete replacement has been asked, which they refused.

Unfortunately, we experience that the quality of Bosch has dropped significantly. We have bought a Bosch Series 6 dishwasher with the PerfectDry function, but our experience does not live up to expectations.
Firstly, the dishes are often not completely dry, even though this is promised. In addition, limescale accumulates on many of our glasses.
We also experience that there is limited space in the machine. Compared to our previous Asko dishwasher, which had plenty of space and delivered a great washing result - no matter how dirty the dishes and cutlery were - this is a clear deterioration. In the Bosch machine, the cutlery is often still dirty after washing.
Even cutting boards are not cleaned satisfactorily. Overall, we are very disappointed with this Bosch dishwasher and regret not choosing Asko again.

Horrendous service, broken promises, lies and incompetence. Waiting 3+ months for an item to be returned after being collected for repair. Bosch decided to replace as item couldn’t be fixed, item was used twice by me.
Multiple emails, phone calls to try locate my replacement has proved unsuccessful. Written complaints not acknowledged, actioned or reviewed. 4 automated letters received with 4 different customer/account numbers- confusing.
I have Lost count of the amount of customer satisfaction questionnaires completed, that obviously have not been reviewed- after a 1 star review.

Not fit for purpose...... they should have fixed it for free. I will not buy and more of there products, it was not a cheap freezer.

We bought a Bosch kettle in May 2025, which we chose because we thought it would last and we thought the customer service would be good as it’s a premium brand. It broke in January 2026. I had to spend 30 minutes on the telephone to customer service and it was a real hassle to get my receipt sent through. I now have to box the kettle up and send it off to them. This whole thing is going to take several hours of my time. I have a baby at home and we make bottles throughout the day so I’m going to have to buy a new kettle today anyway. I don’t think I’m ever getting my money back,

I bought a Bosch set of Skyline toaster and kettle, because of the name and the lovely champagne colour. They were both around £70 each at the time. Even though the lining of the kettle was plastic (no wonder we have plastic poisoning)... The toaster was the same price but it was dire, so when it gave up the ghost, I was somewhat relieved. But I could not replace it with the same colour, but almost the same. This toaster again Bosch just for the match to my kettle and kitchen. It's been dire it burns toast on the lowest setting. Bosch replaced it after leaving me for weeks without a toaster, and the new toaster was as bad if not worse. Bosch is not the name or quality it used to be.

I have to say I’m really surprised at the poor reviews. I can’t comment on customer service as I haven’t used it but I bought I Bosch Titan 6 years ago and it’s been amazing, easy to use and still going strong and it’s been VERY well used.
3 weeks and no washer dryer. First they didn’t hve the parts in the uk and didn’t know when they would get one from German and I was left in limbo, after a week they booked an appointment for today and first thing in the morning I get a call from the engineer saying he had not been given the part, I called customer service and the earliest is next week Thursday which will make it 3 weeks with no washer dryer. What a service this is, now I have to take all the clothes to the laundrette and pay to wash them when mine one is sitting there just because Bosch cannot repair it in a timely manner

Emailed Bosch customer services to enquire about a spare part for their Bosch pressure washer. Very disappointed as zero response from from a very reputable brand.
