Been using HPD Suppliers for the past few months and the service has been spot on.

Mark in particular has been brilliant to deal with — easy to get hold of, straight talking, and always keeps things moving. If there’s an issue, he sorts it. If stock’s tight, he finds a way. No chasing, no messing about.

Orders are handled quickly, prices are fair, and the level of service makes a big difference when you’re running jobs and need things to run smoothly.

Proper supplier with people who actually care about repeat business.

First order with HPD, recommended through a manufacturers rep, boiler was ordered on Friday afternoon and delivered to the workplace Monday morning ..

The team at HPD are brilliant. Only a phone call away for advice. When you pop in store the counter staff are always friendly and helpful. Mark at the Hillington showroom is exceptional. Prices and stock availability is always on point!

Much more personal experience in store like the way suppliers used to be compared to big brand stores.

Hamza Al Awad provided excellent customer service from start to finish. He was very friendly and welcoming, even offering me a coffee to make me feel comfortable. He took the time to help me choose the right towel rails and gave helpful recommendations to make sure I selected the best options. His attitude was polite, patient, and professional throughout, and he genuinely cared about making sure I was happy with my choices. I would highly recommend his service to anyone

Went into the showroom for advice and inspiration when renovating a bathroom. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and provided us with great options at competitive prices. 10/10 would recommend.

Had a great experience at HPD Andrea was very helpful

I unexpectedly needed a new boiler and found one very easily on the HPD website. It was much cheaper than the gas installation companies were quoting to supply a boiler to me for.

The depot was easy to access and Mark, the very helpful and friendly Manager, called to confirm the order was in stock and available for uplift. He also wheeled the boiler and flue to my car for me and got them into my boot.

I would not hesitate to use this company again based on my experience this month.

HPD fitted our bathroom, and the whole experience was exceptional. The team was professional, tidy, and clearly took great pride in their work. Every detail was finished to a very high standard, and the end result is even better than we expected.
We were so impressed that we have booked HPD to refurbish our remaining bathrooms. It’s rare to find a company that delivers such consistent quality and communicates so well throughout the process.

I started buying my boilers from HPD about 6months ago and I’m glad I did . The service is 1st class and they go above and beyond to help me provide a quality service to my clients . They are the best priced merchants out there. They even put the boiler into my van before I had even finished paying for it . As a busy business I appreciated that level of detail to keep me moving with less downtime . I would highly recommend this company for all your plumbing & heating needs.
