Absolutely terrible experience. If I could give zero stars, I would. This retailer operates with zero reliability, questionable morals, and a blatant greed-driven attitude.

After a wet test of the self-cleaning 579 model on 1st, March, 2025, I offered £10,000, which Adrian Danson (the owner) initially refused. Two weeks later, he came back agreeing to that price and pressured me to pay a deposit immediately, even going so far as to ignore my questions unless I committed.

Once I was ready to pay—after nearly completing the outbuilding meant to house the jacuzzi—he broke his word and suddenly increased the price to £11,285 , despite previously assuring me there would be no hidden fees. This is not just bad service—it’s dishonest and manipulative.

I would never, ever recommend this company to anyone. Save yourself the stress and find a business that actually honors its word and treats customers with respect.

Wow! It is not often you deal with a company that truly exceeds all expectations! I recently purchased a 6 person Serenity Hot Tub from Jonathon and Adrian the owners of Hydropool Surrey and I can honestly say the experience from the start in choosing the correct model for my needs through to complete installation has been one of the very I have encountered. Both guys are experts in there field and truly put the customer first in every way. At no point was there a push to sell or an urgency placed on me to buy. I visited the show room in Addlestone on many occasions and was welcomed and given all the time and advise I needed to get the correct spa. The follows up calls and care I have received to truly ensure I was happy has given me the need to write this review as it is the least I can do for them in return. I would 100% recommend that if you thinking in any way of treating yourself to a little piece of holiday in your garden as we did then go and see these guys and allow them to look after you whatever your needs.
