Item never delivered, no real support

I ordered the Intelligent Octopus Head Massager from Inbuyus on 31 January 2026. The tracking number provided never worked, and every email I sent received only automated replies. I have collected screenshots, email correspondence, and Facebook ad records to document my attempts to resolve this.
The product was never delivered, and the seller provides no clear updates. I cannot recommend this merchant, especially for purchases via Facebook ads.

They would only state.” We have replied to your message please check that!”

They then went on to block my emails.
Chargeback underway !!

Please avoid all !

In simple terms, the delivery is SLOW, compared with all UK based postal services, they are sent direct from China & then EVRI.
I bought a Turocharged Shower head.
IT WORKS GREAT.
I have a mains gas shower with low water pressure, this increases the flow 5 times.
I am using a third of the water of a normal shower.
Take it off the high fixing & use it in your hand !!!!

Screws are no use to my toilet seat so very disappointed. Also disappointed as I hadn't read it correctly thought I was getting toilet seat as well as this would have been good for my husband who had stroke and he wouldn't panic when seat moved as it does now. Don't know if I can return them or not I've pt 1st December as trying them as been away looking after my 95 year old mum

Be careful

Selling items that are nothing like item advertised
I bought a build yourself model which (I was looking forward to passing my time with as I'm housebound at present)engine kit I recieved a badly cast badly painted representation of an engine which went straight in the bin

They have replied offering partial refund (which I haven't accepted)

To be honest they have far too many bad ratings for mine to make a difference
Thanks to trustpilot I have received a full refund
I have updated my score to four as o said I would if they refunded me
But the whole experience has not been favourable tbh with thanks to joy and lumi for there help

Absolute rip off

Absolute rip off. Sent wrong item then said if I would cancel my PayPal claim they would send me the correct one. cancelled the claim and then they told me they didn't have the correct part. You then cannot claim from Paypal!

Update - Inbuyus have now stated they have organised a full refund.
