Terrible company

Terrible company
Got a product that is faulty.
Tried to send back for a refund after going back and forth with customer service was offered a partial refund with no return which I agreed.
Still not received refund 2 weeks later and now have ai as customer service.
Terrible terrible service.

Sofa throw

Just received my sofa throw very disappointed in the quality very thin and slides around on the sofa the size isn't good either ordered for a small 2 seater it barely covers it the advert seems to show a much bigger better quality product will pop to a local store and at the price I have paid will get a much better product

Returns & refunds dont exist!!! I got three same items in different colous & sizes to choose the best fit and now can’t return due to non existent customer service (I belive i exchange emails with an AI which is not helpfull at all).

Not as advertised

What they post is totally against UK Trading standards.
I ordered a standard 2 seater sofa cover.
Its not thick as advertised, not non slip as advertised and certainly not the size as advertised. Not one part of the cover touches the floor.

Already dealt with customer service and hopefully I will have a full refund for the rubbish I received.
Only proof I have is the amount taken out of my bank account and email correspondence between myself and customer service.
I'm more than willing to send photos to verify that my review is genuine.

Not what you see in the ad

What you see on the ad is not what you get. This throw is paper thin, has no heavy edging to keep it from creeping up. I would definitely not recommend this throw. I have seen it advertised under different business headings too.
You better off going to the range to buy a teddy throw more value for money!

Great customer service

Product arrived quickly and quality was better than expected for the price, Size was great and covered the sofa well and gave a nice comfortable feel to it as well as keeping the sofa free from Dog hairs etc. I made a mistake when ordering and contacted them and it was sorted quickly and without any issues, wish all firms acted as good.

Product not as expected

I was disappointed with the product and raised complaint. Customer service was very helpful and after a short exchange of emails a satisfactory solution was reached.
Despite the product not being what I had expected I found the company good to deal with, and had my sofa not been L shaped the product would have been ok.

Placed an order beginning of November with no confirmation I emailed them a couple of days later on wether they have my order as they took the money out of my account ( had no record of my order) Had to tell them my order and prove they had taken the money. 1-2 week later I received my items to an item being missing. The item is a two part product but missing one so they refunded me £5.00 which again still not happy as the full item cost £12.99. Waiting on a reply back..
