Before the shipment I received a notification and a tracking code, the shipment (from Germany to Finland) arrived the next day, unbelievable ! Excitedly I opened the well packed box with the fish (LDA 25, Pitbull Pleco) in their transport bags. During the water change, I saw that the Fish are Flawless in health.

Now after one week the fish are still healthy. Brilliant !

Excellent costumer support!
First time shipping live animals for such a long distance (DE to DK)
and felt uneasy and nervous. Costumer support answered all questions, and within short hours, sometimes even minutes. All live animals arrived the day after shipping using GO! safe and sound. The box were quite cold upon arrival, as temperatures dropped way lower than expected upon arrival. This is not a fault of the business, but I do hope others double check the weather before ordering long distance shipping!

They have cancelled my order without any explanation or commication. It is OK if they cannot fulfill an order for any reason, but I would have expected at least an email about it. At least they have refunded the payment (which is how I learned about the cancellation).

Very bad experience. A lot of problems with them, they have cancelled me several orders giving excuses, they are liars and they will make you lost time and money. Better try in other webshop.

My son likes the snails very much, very cute little ones. But the delivery was too slow. Not acceptable.

Friendly staff, easy to get in contact with and reasonable in their approach. I do not forget about companies who care about their clients!

I bought an order with around 275 EUR. After few days they send the part of non living items, one week later they send me asking to receive the live shrimp on my own risk or to cancel the order. why they don't ask me about cancelling the whole order as I payed for it from the beginning. I can find the shrimp food with better price somewhere else. Of course they don't answers emails anymore.

I ordered fish and they took the money from my debit card. The told me that the fish was send. But they did not privided me with tracking information and the fish never turned up. To my mails about it I only got what seems to be robot answers. They talked about a replacement but despite that they had the fish in stock ready for new orders, I never got any replacement.

I have placed one order of amazing endler guppy and additional products for my aquariums. Great products, great shipping materials and quick contact with the customer service team to clarify questions.
