Recently I had to say goodbye to my dog a white boxer named Guinness. After 9 nine years of unconditional love and friendship the sad but most loving decision had to be made, I didn’t want her to suffer because she didn’t deserve that. I went looking for a special urn and found Irish Urns and they had some for pets as well. I contacted Bob and he really was very kind, helpful and thoughtful and helped me during my process of picking the urn for the love of my life. I am forever thankful and grateful for the things he has done and she rests in peace in a beautiful urn that really fits her description. Thanks a million Patrick Rumkorf

Our beautiful Irish urn arrived in California quickly and safely. Thank you for making this elegant hand made clay treasure from our mother’s homeland available to us. Bob Hamilton you are wonderfully kind and thoughtful. We highly recommend irishurns.com.
I had occasion to visit the memorial trees site on a few occasions recently to show my Australian visitor the sapling trees planted to commemorate two recent family losses. I can honestly say that on each occasion and in my communications, both myself and my visitors were treated with the utmost consideration and attention by Bob, who made himself available to us beyond what might have been expected. I fully recommend Bob to anyone wishing to commemorate their loved ones by means of a memorial tree.

Bob Hamilton had a beautiful piece of engraved keepsake jewellery made for me. Its surpassed my expectations. I will wear it for my life. 5 star service and company. Communication was second to none. There is no automated robotic emails Bob has the real genuine classy old fashioned manners touch in his communication approach. Highly recommended.
I’m again so grateful to Bob Hamilton once again for the availability of Irish Urns and Memorial Trees.I have had multiple trees planted in memory of treasured family and friends which the recipients are always so honored and appreciative.Bob and his company provides the highest quality products and excellent care. I received quick, easy, personalized, and empathetic service….which is greatly needed at such difficult and sad times. Having a memorial tree planted in Ireland…a placed cherished in our hearts…is a growing tribute that will remain forever bringing us much needed hope and peace. Many thanks, Kathleen Daly
The owner of this company is so helpful. He responds to any questions very quickly. He let me know when he will plant the tree, what the woodland around the tree is like, and he sent a copy of the certificate. Somehow his compassion and sincerity comes through his email communications. I am so happy I found this place to comfort my Irish friend after the loss of her mom ther.
I lost my Aunt and Uncle one month apart in June and July of 2022. I am coming to Ireland in July to scatter their urns at sea in Dingle, their favorite place they visited while in Ireland many years ago. The living urn is absolutely amazing, and when I find the Living Memorial trees I knew I had to do it. Bob has been incredibly kind, caring, thoughtful, patient and knowledgeable. He made this sad process easier to bear and he even geotagged the trees for me so we can see them when we come and he also sent me pictures right after they were planted. We chose two crabapple trees and he planted them side by side. I couldn't be happier or recommend them more, they are a dream to work with and make the unbearable a little more bearable.
My wife recently passed away and we ordered a ceramic urn, matching keepsake urn, personalized plinth and sea scattering urn for her celebration of life. We also ordered a different matching ceramic urn and keepsake urn and personalized plinth for a future eventual passing. The packaging was substantial and all the pieces arrived undamaged and in a timely manner. The workmanship and quality were excellent and the urns and plinths are beautiful. The service was exceptional. Bob was compassionate and returned all enquiries in very short times. Bob updated us regularly regarding the status of the order. I highly recommend Irish Urns.
Upon the death of my sun, my moon, & my stars, I spent a considerable, miserable amount of time online, dolefully scrolling through the myriad of cookie cutter mass market items seeking an appropriate & worthy vessel to hold a small portion of my loves remains to be ever present with me. With great fortune I eventually came across the website for Irish Urns.
Eoghan, the jewelry artisan, handcrafts a unique piece that is simply àlainn (lovely). Each piece is created upon order to ensure such. For myself I made the difficult decision amongst the beautiful pieces offered, for the gold Trinity Keepsake Pendant. They also offer options of metals to choose from. Once in hand, the care & quality of craftsmanship of the pendant is evident. It is of an especially comforting weight. To put the size in relatable context, the diameter is just a tic larger than a U.S. penny, & the exact diameter of the Euro 10¢ coin. Rest assured that should you have any questions Bob is attentive, quickly responsive, and above all compassionate, you will be in good hands. This Trinity Pendant is indeed worthy of my loves remains.
It is with utmost regard that I wholeheartedly recommend Irish Urns.
Excellent service from Bob with my order for a Whitethorn Tree to be planted in memory of my sister-in-law. Would have no hesitation in recommending Irish Urns and ordering again should there be another occasion. Thank you so much.
Such beautiful Urns with a warm personal service. Bob is very kind, warm and so welcoming, not to mention the welcome from his two beautiful dogs. I highly recommend irishurns.com. Superb service.
I was looking for something specific so I contacted Bob.
Always kindly he did his best to help me, and I readily ended with a wonderful unique urn which plenty fulfills my requirements. Just because of that I will be always grateful.
More beautiful than I could have imagined. I live in Florida and wanted a special keepsake urn that was made and shipped from Ireland. Stumbled across Irish Urns and after doing much research decided to order one for my sister. We lost our mother to cancer and wanted something special and unique from Ireland since our mother was born and raised there. The communication between Bob was extremely helpful and honest. He was kind enough to include a blank gift card so I could write a personal message to my sister. He also printed and included a card with the history of the Triskle. Amazing quality and excellent customer service. It arrived promptly and was packaged with great care. So delighted with purchase. Thank you again, Bob.
After my father passed away unexpectedly, I sent his sister a link to the Irish Urns shop on Etsy to look at keepsakes. (The funeral director recommended the main urn be made of metal, because Dad's final resting place is in a national cemetery.) The Newgrange Keepsake Urn, in "Slieve Foy Mountain Green," resonated so strongly with my aunt that I felt compelled to place an order for *two* of them. Ceramic, handmade, and imported from Ireland? I thought, better safe than sorry; ideally, we'll have matching (well, closely coordinating, as the handcrafting makes each unique) mementos, which will be a lovely thing... but one way or another, my aunt is going to have the right keepsake urn.
I shouldn't have worried.
The urns, meticulously packed, arrived swiftly and safely in New York. Each one is a gorgeous work of art, with deep, rich glazing that is just astonishing. (On the main Irish Urns site, you can learn more about each artisan; the maker of the Newgrange keepsake, Ciarán O'Conboirne of Celtic Clays, creates the glazes, too.) Note: these urns are larger than the usual mass-produced keepsakes. The funeral home filled each container halfway, and sealed the lids with silicone caulk. I re-used the excellent packing material and beautiful presentation box to ship my aunt's keepsake out of state, and it arrived safe and sound there, too. She loves it. (Tip: If you are concerned about ceramic precarity in-home, buy "museum putty" to secure the urn to a surface.)
Bob Hamilton was terrifically helpful during a very difficult time. When my aunt messaged him while she was browsing the listings, his replies were charming and informative. When I placed the order, he kept me posted during every processing stage, and followed up after delivery to make sure all was as well as it could be, considering the circumstances. Customer service excellence aside, Bob's also a natural in his unofficial side gig as deputy tourism minister for Ireland. As part of the order updates, Bob sent information on the Newgrange site, as well as a beautiful photo of the Cooley Mountains. The highest peak in its range is Slieve Foy, in County Louth, "beside where the keepsakes are made."
I've just placed a new order for another keepsake urn, in walnut, custom-engraved with the Newgrange tri-spiral symbol. Reviewing as a repeat customer, I think you'll be very happy with your purchase.
I live in the USA and had concerns about getting my potential order here on time for a funeral. After one comment on their website, I received a phone call from Bob at what must have been 11pm his time. He was willing and able to send out my order that night himself just to ensure it would be here on time.
I cannot thank Bob and Irish Urns enough. Absolutely amazing service, and a beautiful product. 10/10 recommend.
I would highly recommend Irish Urns. I purchased a tree to be planted in memory of loved ones, and also chose the certificate framing service. Unfortunately when I received the certificate it had been damaged in the post, I contacted Bob, who apologised and arranged to have another one sent out. As it happened , because I had requested the tree to be planted on my Mother's birthday, Bob actually drove to my home and delivered the replacement framed certificate to my door which meant that I had the certificate to hang up on this special day. I thought this was a lovely gesture. A Gentleman.
I recently bought a memorial tree which included a donation to Féilecáin. We got prompt responses from Bob and a lovely certificate the next day. We have yet to visit the tree but Bob has assured us that can be arranged anytime .
The kindness and professionalism shown to me and my family by Mr. Hamilton is unparalleled. My family in Ireland bought a memorial tree in honor of my son, who died in 2020. When I came to visit from the US he arranged for a private tour for us all and showed us my son’s specific tree, which now has its own code and is visible via Google Earth. The thoughtfulness, compassion and attention to detail exceed any expectations. This is a meaningful way to help those of us hurting have a lasting memorial for our loved ones.
I highly recommended Irishurns. We had a tree planted in memory of our niece and I must say the personalised service was fantastic. Very professional and considerate service
