Ordered a personalised gift for my wife to be on our wedding day. Item never arrived emailed them to ask what was happening with the iteam they told me it never passed their "quality check" and told me it was getting sorted they refused to reply to my email when I asked when exactly it would arrive and if not I want a refund. Currently still waiting on a reply they have basically point blank decide to ignore me. Totally unprofessional

They sell cheap knock-off products that do not match what’s advertised. When I asked for a refund, they ignored me and then blocked me. I am still demanding my full refund. Very unprofessional.

Delivery took about 3 weeks & when the aunt/niece necklace arrived I was highly disappointed. It arrived in a cheap plastic sealed bag, clearly from the likes of temu/shein. I wouldn't have minded had I not paid almost £40 for a necklace that I could get on shein for £0.98!!! Believe me it's exactly the same.
I have emailed customer services but the only response is please send a photo if the item is faulty.
Since my review went live they have offered a 20% refund which i have agreed to, however even with the refund the necklace is overpriced! Would not buy from.company again

Have ordered a few times and the quality is very good. I have recently emailed about my husbands Wallet zipper breaking and they have agreed to replace it even though it’s over warranty. Such amazing service the personal touch in the items they offer is so unique. Would recommend 100 percent
I ordered a Christmas gift with plenty of time for the order to be processed and delivered. It was getting closer to Christmas with no tracking information so contacted to request paying more for express shipping just to ensure it was received it time. Did not receive a response. I then received an email on 18th December sent to all customers saying you could still order for guaranteed delivery… my order still did not come before Christmas despite being ordered over a week earlier, therefore leaving me to have to buy another present.
The contact with customer service since then has been terrible. Do not recommend using this company.

I would put no stars if there was an option to.
I ordered an item on 9th december after waiting a week i emailed customer support to ask for an update on delivery. At first i was pleased at the quick response where they advised the item wasn't up to their standard and they would correct or redo and would expedite my order. I have since sent 3 more emails checking on delivery, which i have no response to. When tracking the order it says paid but not shipped.

After sending few emails getting 1 reply I received the orders this morning fuming is a understatement bought 3 necklaces as a Christmas present in gift boxes received 3 gift boxes 1 necklace so I've had to go out to buy 3 necklaces!!! I have emailed them & sent dm with proof on Facebook with what I've received!!! There website says .co.uk but they are not in the UK!!!! So I'm just going to leave this to my bank! Fuming!!! I ordered two necklaces as presents on 8 December and neither have been received to date. One was delivered on 17 December by Yodel, but left outside my house as I wasn't home, in full view and when I returned home it was missing.
The second arrived on 20 December with the envelope containing no necklace but just a gift box and bag and it looks as if the envelope had been opened and stuck back with new cello tape.
I have been emailing customer support to chase both orders as I had received no emails to say they had been despatched and to be fair I have so far had good communication giving me an update on where the parcels were. I just hope that they can quickly resolve re making both orders and posting out again so my mum and mum in law receive their gifts, all be it a lot later than they should have.
Edit the company are resending the parcel that was stolen.

I keep emailing customer services about items not arriving/lost and get absolutely NO reply. Not happy! I spent quite a lot on gifts for Christmas and have no idea where they are. Do better Jessemade, I am very disappointed.

I don't usually write reviews but I have written this after reading some of the recent comments.
I ordered a personalised nan necklace for my mum for Christmas. I placed the order 2 weeks ago and it arrived today.
I was getting worried as I had read the reviews left recently and had experienced some of the same things. When I emailed asking where my order was I seemed to get automated responses and was sent a tracking number which did not work. I started to worry that it was a scam.
Thankfully, the necklace arrived today and I am very happy with it. It is delicate and small but you can clearly see the grandchildrens' names and I know my mum will be pleased.

Scam site. Ordered a necklace for my daughter, never received. Taken my money. Had emails from them saying free gift out of stock, then my necklace was out of stock. That was waiting to be dispatched. I could cancel this item, then no emails since and no refund. Disgusting service and how can a company do this to any customer right before Christmas . Want to make aware to the reply of this comment the package wasn't delivered , why I'm raising a dispute with my bank
