If someone reads this review please make sure not to listen to the bad ratings, this brand is one of the most underrated in menswear today and they will get even better im sure. I have order several items in the past year and the quality/price is very good and the shipping is fast.

As explained and proved several times, I have send back the right bag and the mistake is on your side. I tried to find a solution which you never have been opened to, which really makes me believe you are not honest and cannot be trusted.

FIRST PURCHASE - VERY BAD EXPERIENCE! NEVER AGAIN.
I bought a pair of JOHN HENRIC chino size 29, my normal size. The total purchase was 125$. I’m in Canada, so I had to pay an extra 50$ of duties and taxes. The chino finally cost me 175$.
The JOHN HENRIC chino came, but the fit was WAY too large, it did not look good at all. It feels more like a 30-31 size. Very disappointing, not sure what is wrong with John Henric sizing. Anyway, I start the return and realize that, with the PENALTIES that JOHN HENRIC applies for a simple return, I will be refunded only 62$! For a total purchase of 175$! Amazing… what a scam!
This is exactly the type of abuse from Internet merchants we do not like. I feel cheated and stolen. I’ve ordered many many times in Europe from Canada and never had this sort of experience with product returns.
The worst is that if the pants had been TRUE size 29, I would have kept them. Now I’m stuck with a product that does not fit, and that if I returned, I would get A SMALL FRACTION of my money back!
Never, ever, and will make noise and very negative comment about JOHN HENRIC in Canada.

I'm seeing a lot of negative reviews and thought I'd share my positive experience. Just received my order, only took 3 days across Europe to arrive. The quality of the items is great and the prices are reasonable as well. Highly recommended, at least if you live in Europe. A hidden gem, really.

If you are not based in Sweden avoid them! I had ordered from the Canadian store, and was told that it was free shipping. When I ordered I was charged with a hidden $90 duty charge (half of the total cost) from ups that was only mentioned in fine print which stated vat was extra. It also did not mention the amount it was.

Ridiculous return policy. $20 charge is about 1/4 of the price I paid for the item. Other companies offer free returns, even internationally. Even a small fee is understandable from time to time, but this is a ludicrous amount. Would never order from this company again.

NEVER BUY JOHN HENRIC
On 3.12.2024 I bought 5 items (order number 90134421):
- two scarves
- a coat,
and two turtlenecks
It turned out that the coat was too big (size 50) and I also want to return one of the turtlenecks.
On December 5, I sent a turtleneck and a coat by return shipment
and on the same day I ordered (order number 90148691) a coat in a smaller size (48 - according to the website it was in stock) and two pairs of chinos.
On December 9, an email came with information about the shipment of the order, which for unknown reasons did not include the 48 coat that I ordered.
After contacting customer service, they replied that it was out of stock and did not offer any solution or refund.
I clicked the notification to be informed when size 48 would be back in stock and the next day this information appeared so I quickly wrote to support to send me the ordered and paid goods and they told me to order it again.
They did not return the money nor did they send the coat.
I have 1000 Euros sunk in them

I have ordered from John Henric several times and have been quite happy with their products. I like their style and in my opinion, quality of the garments matches the price well.
However, I had a very negative experience with customer service during my last order.
I ordered a sweater on 19 November. On 26 November, the sweater was put on sale. The sweater I had purchased was still in the original packaging with tags, so I asked customer service for a voucher for the price difference in order to avoid having to return the sweater and make a new order.
However, customer service insisted that I had to return the sweater, just to make a new order for the exact same item. Reason giving was ‘due to the time passed’ (just 7 days!j.
What a complete waste of time and ressources for both parties. I will not be ordering from John Henric again due to this inflexibility.
Just received my wool jacket, leather gloves and cashmere roll neck jumper, ordered one week ago, so delivery was very prompt. and the quality of the products is very good. I did read reviews here after I ordered and I was a little worried because of so many negative reviews. so I thought id go out of my way to let people know that this company sell great products! don't listen to the key board warriors

I am writing to express my deep frustration with your delivery service via UPS. I placed an order for a white tuxedo shirt over a week in advance, expecting it to arrive on time. However, the delivery has been delayed by more than three days.

Awful company. Item arrived damaged, and they think it fair to ask a disabled and currently socially isolated person who does not own a printer to travel around the county looking to borrow one in order to print their shipping label.
Zero flexibility delivered through "have a great day!" messaging. I should have read the reviews of this company before purchasing.

I ordered described-as-silk suspenders and they were $90 Canadian. Then I had to pay $28.47 in import duties from UPS. When I opened the package the suspenders were cheap woven elastic. Very shady.

Faulty item received and "customer service" then made a mistake in how they planned to handle the refund. They then refused to accept my faulty item instead advising me to donate it to a charity shop with me £70 out of pocket.
