Terrible customer service
Be aware they use USPS delivery, who may or may not deliver your package and Little Adventures will just tell you to wait for delivery. It's been 3 weeks and post office tracking has actually stopped. Now I have to use paypal to get a refund and Little Adventures will let them instead of doing the right thing by a customer.
**Update: It's now been 4 weeks and it's still lost in USPS 'network'. Little Adventures doesn't care, they don't stand behind their service, and they get to keep the money paid them because they'll let Paypal refund my money eventually. That's shameful.
