Stinks

Lately everything I've bought from this company is made in India, a shower curtain and now sheets, and that means their products STINK. And Indian products are poorly made, although they come from Company Store at high end prices, and washing it repeatedly to get the stink out will shrink your sheets and they won't fit your mattress. Their return policy is pretty good but who wants to pay for products that stink right out the package and now you have to keep an eye out every day for your refund? So I returned these and bought high end sheets from another company that are made in Portugal and do not have that smell.

Disappointing product

Disappointing product. The scans are comparable to most of the free anti virus products I've used in the past. I use an ad blocker and never see ads on websites but the minute I installed Malwarebytes and started using their web protection ads showed up on EVERY SITE I used. And the ads were those click bait, privacy worrisome kind of ads. When I turned off the web protection I stopped seeing the ads. Considering I paid $42 for this app I did not expect that. Double dipping. I cancelled the automatic renewal and notified paypal of it to prevent Malwarebytes from renewing anyway.

They will haunt you till you die

We called Leaf Filter to make an estimate appointment. That's the extent of our contact with the company. But I gave them my phone number. I changed my mind after seeing the multiple bad reviews about service and work ethics of this company and cancelled the estimate appointment. Now I get a call EVERY SINGLE DAY at 8am. For 3 months straight! Regardless of our telling them to stop calling. What king of company puts you on automatic robo call list like that, that shows different numbers on id? A bunch of scammers. Read other review sites. The ones here are suspiciously positive.

Terrible customer service

Be aware they use USPS delivery, who may or may not deliver your package and Little Adventures will just tell you to wait for delivery. It's been 3 weeks and post office tracking has actually stopped. Now I have to use paypal to get a refund and Little Adventures will let them instead of doing the right thing by a customer.

**Update: It's now been 4 weeks and it's still lost in USPS 'network'. Little Adventures doesn't care, they don't stand behind their service, and they get to keep the money paid them because they'll let Paypal refund my money eventually. That's shameful.

Problems all the time

Problems all the time. I have order dozens of books a month in the past and about every 5th book it's delayed shipping and takes a month to get delivered or it's described as very good condition and has writing on multiple interior pages and I have to go through Paypal to get a refund and the cost of your books are rivaling amazon who is not a 3rd party seller and deliver in 2 days. So.....

Terrible service from Ikea and they do not care.

Terrible company. Their items aren't good enough to put up with the aggravation. The delivery service they use can't deliver in reasonable manner and loses my package after sending it to my state for delivery but doesn't deliver it and starts driving it to other states in distant parts of the country and this is a recurring thing with Ikea. I waited 30 minutes to get to a "team member" who sent me to resolution department where I waited around for hour to be told sorry there is nothing we can do! They tell me to call back next week and then they'll reorder?! They don't stand behind their service and they don't care. Apparently they are making so much money they don't care if half their customers never buy from them again.

book condition is false

Frequently getting books that your site lists as in very good condition with no writing in the pages that are marked up on ALL the pages and I have to file a report with paypal to get a refund, as you no longer respond to emails. I've stopped using Thriftbooks for this reason.

Unethical

Unethical. They'll take your money for items that are out of stock, not notifying you they are out of stock and then send you an email saying "thanks for being patient" stating that it's a backordered item with no known date for shipment AFTER you file a claim with Paypal. You sold me an item that's not in stock?! Oh, and if you do screw up and order from this company and need to call them don't press #3 for 'checking on an item already ordered' They don't answer unless you press #1 for 'place a new order'. lol

untrustworthy.

I have bought dozens of books through abebooks but I recently never received a book from a seller, Goodwill of San Antonio, that did not respond to emails requesting a refund. Abebooks notified them of my request then they cancelled my refund request themselves and now I have neither the book nor a refund. Don't do business with a company you can't trust who allows a book seller to rob you.

Not as good as they used to be

Not as good as they used to be. The "return to a store" policy is ridiculous. People order online because they can't drive an 8 hour round trip to closest store, so if you order an item with a problem it's a HUGE hassle and waste of money. Now they've increased prices and lowered the quality. Holes don't match on items, baskets with impossible hardware in order to put together, FedEx takes additional 5 days to deliver, packaging is poorly done so heavy objects crush smaller ones that are all in the same box. Shop at Walmart or Amazon, they're quicker, easier to deal with and the quality is equal.

You can't use Pay Pal for their purchases and from the reviews complaining of bad customer service and the lack of standing behind their products I can see why. Never buy from a company that isn't tied to Pay Pal.

They don't stand behind their customers

Maybe your credit cards are safe on the Paypal site, I don't know, but be aware that if you have a legitimate dispute with another company, where even if the seller does not respond to Paypal's inquiries that Paypal will only refund a portion of the money you spent, which goes directly against their own policies so basically Paypal is using everyone. Then when you try to dispute the case closure they avoid your messages. Pitiful. Why use them?

DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! The quality of their gowns has been greatly reduced but not the price. They are thin and rough now. And I returned 3 gowns but this company only refunded me for ONE, the cheapest one, after deducting a $3 return shipping fee lol They won't answer the phone and do not respond to emails so they screw you. Even Paypal won't refund the whole amount after eileenwest ignores THEIR inquiry. Don't get screwed by this company. Buy from amazon.

Be aware of their return policy

Nice products but be aware their return policy is set up to strongly discourage buyer returns. You have to package the item, take it to the delivery service of your choice, pay for shipping, pay for tracking/proof of delivery then follow up on the refund and they know that will generally cost you more than the item so its guaranteed you'll just chunk it. But do they care that that drives buyers to Amazon? lol

We are committed to keeping our product costs down for all customers, and we have found that businesses that offer free returns are generally working that "fee" into the cost of the products. In other words, customers wind up paying more for each item, even those that they decide to keep.

too used

50% of books I've gotten here are all marked up inside, without prior notice. Who wants to read a book the pages of which are written all over inside by someone inconsiderate enough to spread that particular joy. And customer service? What customer service. They don't bother to respond to inquiries. Don't waste your money here.
