Makro online parfum disaster

I bought harmaf edp order number OD436490480832877100 delivery was scheduled for 21 of January i received the parcel 3 days later the package was damaged and wrong product harmaf edt i believe they don't understand the difference between edp and edt parfums and for such a company to sell counterfeit product it's shocking i will say the parfum don't even last 2 hours and don't smell original .

Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever. They don't provide U the solution even if U have everything. Warranty is a scam and no claim is being provided. They don't exchange or provide the products they are selling. If you buy from them then it's just a waste they even don't try to give you a real time solution. From my side it's a -200 Rating for this company

𝗩𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗱. At first, the prices seemed attractive, but when things go wrong, this company simply does not take responsibility.

We bought a glass washer and within weeks the heater blew. Instead of addressing the fault, they blamed us. Then we started receiving electric shocks from the machine. They tried to claim the fault was with our beer chiller, but after bringing in a qualified technician, it was confirmed that the problem was in fact with the glass washer – not our electrics, not the chiller.

They eventually took the machine away, but after two months of waiting we have had no answers, no updates, and certainly no solution. Their response has been to deflect blame onto anything or anyone else instead of fixing their product.

In our opinion, these appliances are dangerous, cheap makes that are simply not reliable. It is not worth the risk to your staff or your business.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Spend a little more and go to a reputable dealer who will stand behind their products. Don’t make the same mistake we did.

Warning: Makro Marketplace Sellers – Poor Quality & No Accountability

Ordered two balcony chairs while on holiday in remote Portugal to avoid a trip into town. Chairs arrived on time, but packaging was damaged, both chairs had scratches, one was stained, and the other can’t even stand properly – the rear leg doesn’t open.

Makro redirected me to the seller, making it clear they take no responsibility for product condition. Despite photos, the seller didn’t understand that both items were faulty. With a 48-hour response time and no resolution before the weekend, this has turned into a frustrating and time-sensitive issue.

Would not recommend relying on Makro’s marketplace – no quality control, no accountability, and poor customer service.

I bought an outdoor sofa from MAKRO.es…

I bought an outdoor sofa from MAKRO.es marketplace in May. This was a L shaped sofa made by Shaf. When it arrived all seemed ok however after just 3 months the cushions started to deteriorate and were ripping and splitting just by touching them. I started to contact MAKRO in September and the customer service was disgraceful I kept being stalled and stalled. I took a video and photos of the damage and stated they were unfit for purpose. Eventually they agreed for me to return the cushions for inspection and sent a courier out to collect. Two weeks later they are saying that the cushions are not the ones sent with the sofa which they absolutely are! How would I obtain cushions that fit perfectly on my sofa from somewhere else? They have closed the complaint and I am now left with a sofa with no cushions so it’s completely unusable. I would not recommend this company at all and have taken legal advice on how to move this forward.

Bad customer service sorry that should be NO customer service

Only put one star because I had to to write a review and feel strongly about doing this. If I could it would be a minus. After receiving a faulty appliance I have received no help whatsoever it returning said item. Keep getting a discount code but as I don't intend ever buying from this shambles of a company again not helpful.

Open to scammers BEWARE

Very poor customer service. I have a problem with a seller and they refuse to get involved and sort them out. Therefore you can’t trust them as them are open to scammers. I will never use them again.

Washing their hands of undelivered item

Bought an item for a birthday with 3 days margin on delivery date. 15 days later it has still not arrived.
Makro are trying to wash their hands of it, saying it is between me and the seller. The seller is not helping, so I am left feeling pretty annoyed.
It really pains me to say it, but Amazon does not treat people like this. Avoid

3 weeks waiting time to receive my money back.

The first thing that happened is I bought a freezer and expected it to arrive withing 7 days, because that was the estimated arrival before buying it. But upon asking for shipping code, they said there will be a 3 weeks delay. So I decided to cancel my order, they made it so hard to cancel it because apparently Makro.es could not cancel it themselves so you have to talk to the seller directly for them to cancel it. When I called the seller, they told me that Makro was the one who can cancel it. So I called makro again, and then makro sent me to the seller again. Makro and the seller can´t talk to each other to cancel the order. So after all the talking, I finally was able to cancel the order. Now I ask when my money will come back to my account. They said 3 weeks..... I haven´t heard of 3 weeks money transfer. Dont buy in this site

Poor after sales

Having e mail makro about a faulty fan and received an automated response saying how busy they were 4 days later no contact has been received I would never recommend them for after service.

BEWARE !!!

Bought a camping cooker, great delivery hence the 1 star ! Cooker absolutely crap! also several points of damage! Very very very bad condition, arranged return, given collection points, nearest 15kms ! We where on camping site so had to cycle there ! Got there NO SUCH PLACE lso tried another again NO SUCH PLACE !!!!! VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED will be we use again also item WORST QUALITY I've EVER SEEN
