I recently started to research functional mushrooms and how they could help my sleep - I’m 51 and at the latter end of perimenopause with disrupted sleep currently being my biggest ‘symptom’.
I have taken a ‘Night’ capsule every evening before bed for the last week and noticed the difference almost immediately. Sleep is more rested and heavy/deep. I do still wake at times, but it’s not with a racing heart and feeling hot and fidgety. I’ve also had two full nights of uninterrupted sleep which i’ve not had for as long as I can remember. The verdict is MamaShrooms are definitely working for me and I’ll be investing in more once this pouch runs out!

Love mamashrooms! They are a perfect supplement to my diet & incorporate everything I need in 1 capsule! Really noticed a difference after about 1 week of taking them, so very effective. I would highly recommend! They make great gifts as well 😊

Bought these recently after much research , saw the benefits after a week of taking, much more focused in the day and the evening capsule improved my sleeping patterns . Tried other brands in the past but never really noticed any difference in my moods . Will buy again for sure !

Bought these for me but tried the sleep one for my son who usually struggles to sleep (he is 15). He absolutely loves them and says they help him massively every night. He notices if he hasn't had them.
Giving it a 4 * as the delivery hasn't been amazing but I am sure these are just teething problems for a new idea :)

Wow! I love this product so much. I’ve tried other mushroom blends but these are now my favourite. The day capsule has given me so much more focus and mental clarity and I noticed my skin was glowing after only a few days. The night capsule has given me such a deep and restful sleep and I have so much more energy throughout the day now. They come beautifully packaged and customer service was fantastic too. So impressed and have been recommending to everyone!

A friend gave me a packet of these for my birthday and I love everything about them, so ordered 'Day' and 'Night' for my son, who has trouble sleeping. They came beautifully packaged, with a personal note and gorgeous free mushroom tree decoration! Maybe it's the start of the new year but I've noticed better focus and higher energy levels! I’ve been taking the night time supplement for three nights now and all I can say is I am seriously impressed with the results. I’m a post menopausal 48 year old woman who has struggled with sleep since going through early menopause in my 30s. I recently weaned myself off prescription sleeping medication and have been looking for a better way to get a good nights sleep.
