I have almost completed 30 days. I do think it is helping!
Easy instructions on how and when to use the product specified for my situation. I asked a question and they were quick to answer.
The products are good quality and easy to use. The scalp serum smells good, non greasy and doesn’t leave a residue on hair. I’ve only used the products for a month so can’t see any difference except my hair feels softer and in better condition. I like the monthly subscription and easy delivery.

I started using these products four months ago. I have to admit I was very sceptical and thought it was just another scam, but when I compared the photos from the beginning to four months on, there is definite change. It is only a small change, but it is there. I was told it would take a few months before changes were noticeable and they were quite right. It has spurred me on to continue using the products. My hair has always been fine, but over the years just went thinner and thinner, possibly further affected by chemotherapy eight years ago. I had got to the point where I felt awful about myself, but this has given me hope. The products are easy to use and it is not a difficult regime to follow. Once you have used them for a few weeks, it becomes a normal part of your daily regime. Customer service is absolutely excellent and I can't thank them enough. If you are worried about hair loss, please give these people a try. I doubt you will regret it. Thank you MD hair.

I am 3 months into doing something about hair loss. It's been a leap of faith so far however I am willing to make the effort, give in to the process, give it time, be consistent, and see what happens. Being skeptical by nature, the encouragement I have received by your service team has helped me to stay the course and make the treatments just another part of my daily routine. Hopeful and committed, maybe I will be buying a lot less hats in the future.... Time will tell.

I like their regrowth shampoo. It is the only shampoo I have found that stops my excessive hair shedding. If I don’t use this shampoo for over a week I notice my hair starts shedding more so I use it pretty religiously. I usually wash with another shampoo after as I have greasy hair and I don’t find this cuts it for the cleaning. Also, I live in Canada and for the first time I was given an extra 15$ USD bill due to tariffs after it had shipped. I recognize this isn’t the company’s fault but it will stop me from buying it again. Hopefully I can find a local shampoo that stops my hair shedding.

After a year of using minoxidil treatments, with no results, having to live with a sticky scalp and randomly itchy head decided to try someting different, and MDhair was the the one I picked.
Supplements have everything expected looking at various brands, the shampoo gives a good clean, and the treatment goes on well, dries, no stickyness, no itchyness so happy with the change.
Only a couple of weeks in but my scalp is happier so far

If I could assign a zero-star rating, I would. This company is unequivocally the poorest service provider I have encountered. I initially subscribed to their service out of desperation for solutions to my hair and scalp problems. After only a week of usage, I experienced significant scalp irritation and residue buildup, particularly with the scalp serum. Consequently, I canceled my subscription, as I did not intend to continue using their products. Several weeks later, I received an email informing me that my order was being prepared for shipment and that my account had been charged. I promptly contacted their customer service to explain my situation. They advised me that no action could be taken, as the order was already being prepared for dispatch and refunds were not available.
Despite the products not having shipped for nearly a week, I received an email from customer support stating that a refund could be issued if I returned the products and provided the tracking information. I complied with this request. Subsequently, I was informed that a credit would be issued once I canceled the dispute with my bank. Fortunately, before I could contact my bank, I received an email from Joshua in customer support, indicating that he was stepping in to assist and that a credit would no longer be granted because a bank dispute had been filed. This information was available to the customer support team when they authorized the refund. I requested to speak with a manager, but I never received a response. This company charges premium prices for its products; however, its customer service does not reflect the standard set by its pricing or business practices. I have received better customer service from Temu, where prices are considerably more reasonable. This company engages in unethical business practices that adversely affect its customers. They retain products they have charged me for without issuing refunds. My bank has taken over this matter, but I wish to warn potential customers that, if dissatisfied with their products, they claim there is a five-day window to cancel the subscription before the order ships to avoid charges. After the initial order, they send a two-month supply without any follow-up emails until they are preparing to dispatch the main order. Do not trust this company! Their products are overcharged for the quality you receive. Nothing is any different from over-the-counter hair care products! Don't be fooled by their advertisements!
