I have to compliment MediLogix for their EXCELLENT customer service. After I wrote my review, Shane Schwulst contacted me the next morning, wanting to know how he could help me with my problem. He forwarded me to Guru Raj who explained to me the steps to correct the issue that I was having. Both gentlemen were polite, professional and patience with me with their explanations. (I am of the IBM Selectric typewriter generation.) I had a good weekend knowing that Shane and Guru have my back. I am looking forward to my new relationship with MediLogix. Their idea of customer service is much better than Scribe's.

User friendly service with easy editing of dictation
For a senior physician close to retirement and still using paper charts, this transcription service is a vital part of our medical record creation and retention. The online portal is quite easy for staff to access and use, and we appreciate the ability to review and edit chart notes as needed. The only issue we have is the physician's inability to access the dictation through our landline phone system. It simply will not connect, forcing her to use her cell phone, which has occasionally dropped calls and resulting the need to dictate some notes again.
