Everything was fine. Quite quick delivery. Good food (Royal canine Mini Adult). The ball for dogs is a success with our dog. Cleaning spray from Trixy is a real magic.

Product was a competitive price. Postage costs were not cheap but normal for France. Parcel arrived fairly quickly.

Purchased a 3L jug of Urine-Off (which was IN STOCK at time of purchase) and then was shocked to see that it was OUT of stock the second the transaction completed. Waited more than a week with ZERO updates. Tried to call to find out the timeline and it turns out that the phone number supplied only says to send an email. No problem. Email sent. Nothing. No reply at all. The customer service is ABYSMAL. I want a refund and there’s no one to help.

If at any time, there is a resolution to this situation, I will amend the rating. However, as of time of posting (10-11-24), 0/10 recommend using this company. STAY AWAY!

J'ai acheté un bidon de 3 litres d'Urine-Off (qui était EN STOCK au moment de l'achat) et j'ai ensuite été choqué de voir qu'il était en RUPTURE de stock à la seconde où la transaction a été finalisée. J'ai attendu plus d'une semaine sans AUCUNE mise à jour. J'ai essayé d'appeler pour connaître le calendrier et il s'avère que le numéro de téléphone fourni indique uniquement d'envoyer un e-mail. Pas de problème. E-mail envoyé. Rien. Aucune réponse du tout. Le service client est ÉPOUVANTABLE. Je veux un remboursement et il n'y a personne pour m'aider.

Si à tout moment, il y a une solution à cette situation, je modifierai la note. Cependant, au moment de la publication (11-10-24), 0/10 recommande d'utiliser cette entreprise. RESTEZ LOIN !

Never received the order , then it was “out of stock” no phone to reach customer service.
Absolute scam.

Four worming tablets arrived in a very large shoe box, with a postal charge of just under 10 euros. This was an unnecessary waste of packaging and a high price for shipping within France. Not very eco friendly. The company needs to review this.

With Easypill it's easy to give a pill to cats without having to force them. Just wrap the pill in Easypill, give it them and they will happily eat them.
I had 2 cats in my care, an old one of 20 years and a young one, less than 1 year, and I gave them the pills wrapped in Easypill without any problem! A life saver!

I didn’t receive the package, the delivery waited for more than a week, they prove to me that the package was delivered, but I still don’t have medicine for my dog, I won’t recommend your store to anyone and they didn’t even offer me a refund, support answers once a day

Used to be good but they are now using the dreaded Colis Prive for deliveries. Urgent cat meds now lost, initial response from Medpets but now silence...
Won't be using them any more
** update** they sent replacement order using same useless couriers (colis prive) and guess what, it got lost again ! Now into chargeback to get a refund
