A serious Brazilian company, gave me all the support to find a pair of sandals and then send them safely, at a low price, to Europe. I am satisfied with the services of MKPBR and Shirley, the sales assistant.

I made a proxy shopping request for a bundle of haircare products and the whole transaction was wonderful from start to finish. The staff was quite communicative and explained every detail of the invoice, answered questions and even made adjustments without any issue. They've kept me updated throughout the entire process, told me when parts of my orders were sold out and even pointed out things that may become potential issues for me when they received the items, asking for my opinion and how to proceed. They also took detailed pictures that documented everything. After that, the shipping was also quick and arrived very well packed.

perfect website and professional customer service

I was a bit hestiant at first because there arent many proxy seller for brazil and the quote was a bit expensive. The support was outstanding and they documented the whole process and kept me updated all the time. A bit pricier than maybe smaller services but very professional and fast!

I ordered a Stanley Mate System and found that there was factory damage to the lid (no fault of MKPBR). The damage was inside a sealed package and all packaging was in mint condition.

I contacted Stanley about having the lid replaced and they refused after saying they had no warranty parts in stock.

MKPBR went out of their way to not only find me a new replacement lid but also shipped it to me at no extra cost.

Very happy with their customer service and attention given to each customer. I would happily order from them again in the future.
