My suitcase came with a broken handle. Despite the fact that the company acknowledged the handle was broken, the refused to provide a full refund. I wish I had gone with another brand like Away.

Great Warranty Experience

I had to file a warranty claim and was pleasantly surprised at how quickly and efficiently it was handled. One of the main reasons that I went with Monos was the warranty that came with it. No one ever wants to have to utilize warranty but I had such a positive experience with it. It's nice to have a company that stands behind their product. I would highly recommend Monos.

Replacement provided with ease

After my suitcase was damaged the Monos staff were responsive and helpful in issuing a replacement. While my new suitcase will no longer be under warranty, I am more inclined to purchase from Monos again as I can get 2 lives out of 1 with their warranty offers.

Fantastic customer service experience

I had a great customer service experience with Khemberly. They patiently and clearly explained the problem that I was encountering with my online shopping experience, and went above and beyond to assist with a solution. I haven't even received any of the products yet, but the fantastic and prompt customer service has left such a favorable impression already that I'd be sure to recommend Monos in the future.

Die hard Monos fan

I own 3 pieces of Monos luggage: Carry-on, Carry-on Pro and the Medium Check-in.
I use the Carry-on the most and had it for 5 years of constant travel (I am a travel advisor so fly RT long haul 6+ times per year, often more). That carryon survived being overstuffed and sat upon constantly, being dropped down a flight of stairs in Argentina, being routinely hauled across cobblestones in Europe, being not gently thrown in the back of a jeep in Cambodia and going through the luggage carousels at JFK and Kathmandu. Yeah it scuffs, but that’s what the eraser is for, and frankly, the scuffs just added character to a bag that traveled around the world many times (if you are worried about scuffs on your luggage, then you are prioritizing the wrong things in travel IMO). After 5 yrs, a baggage handler raised the handle and didn’t put it all the way back down before it was loaded on a plane so suffered a devastating bend, but Monos took care of me (Delta, not so much). I recommend this bag to everyone (you can probably find a few articles online where I have recommended it). Mind you, I also own a set of Rimowa, along with Patagonia Blackhole 40L bags, for the gamut of packing needs, but I always end up choosing the Monos when I’m preparing for a trip.

Do not buy from Monos!!

Do not buy from Monos! I spent 400 dollars on a suitcase that lasted 5 months. I bought the medium hybrid check in at the end of July. I travel coast to coast multiple times a month. It lasted 5 months. First, it scuffs super easily. I have a 20 year old samsonite that shows less wear. Secondly, it had two wheels break at the end of December. This should be covered under their warranty. It took well over a week for them to respond to my warranty request. They said they would ship new wheels on Jan 7, however, the wheels have still not shipped. At this point I’m doubting I will ever get a replacement. It should not take weeks to months to get replacement parts that are covered under their warranty. Meanwhile I am back to using my 20 year old Samsonite which shows less wear and has never had a broken wheel in spite of multiple coast to coast and transatlantic flights.

The customer service is amazing!

The customer service is amazing! Prompt, efficient, and very friendly. I had a problem with one of my bags (the fault lies with the airline/luggage handlers, etc, not Monos), and Sylvia was SO helpful with solving my issue. Thank you for making it so painless! Some companies will give you the rigamarole to try to fix a problem, but Sylvia and the Monos team were ON IT. Truly thankful, and will be purchasing more and would recommend to anyone. Nice to support a Canadian company that stands behind their products and service, and who really seem to care about customer satisfaction and retention. Thanks again 😊

Completely comparable with Rimowa

The product is high quality (comparable to Rimowa, which was my benchmark going in), delivery swift and aftercare outstanding. I really couldn't recommend them highly enough.
