I just got my first fragrance from them and the delivery was quick and i got 3 samples of other perfumes that were ones i wanted to try out. Amazing packaging, quick delivery, looking forward to buying from them again

I have ordered at least 4 times from My Perfect Scent and without fail I have received superb customer service. I've always received some additional perfume samples, packaging and delivery time are excellent and, whenever I have had a query I have received a reply almost straight away. There is also a loyalty programme which I really appreciate.
I wish more companies were like this.

Gabby & her team have been excellent to deal with. I registered interest in a product months ago,received an email saying they had got a bottle,swiftly bought & arrived in 2 days. Great that they stock some of the lesser known makes from abroad.

Ordered from here on Friday & delivery came next day. Excellent service & will definitely use this site again.

Finally, there is a UK stockist I can purchase my favourite niche scents from (full bottles too!). I have purchased samples as well as full size bottles. Always appreciate the discount offers whenever they come around.

Came across this company (and Gabby's Youtube channel) after Google searching a particular fragrance. I'm always cautious about buying niche fragrances online, but other reviews, and some research gave me confidence to buy.

The site has a good selection of brands and fragrances, and I took advantage of their summer sale to get a great bargain on a wish-list fragrance.

The online experience was smooth and easy, and the product was dispatched the same day. I received regular updates on progress. Postage was free tracked (sign-for) Royal Mail delivery. Parcel arrived safely, and included 2 free samples, thank you very much :-)

Would definitely recommend, and will be using again (especially if they get more Sospiro stock in!)

Excellent company, after I made an order I realised that my address was incomplete and reached out to them and they replied after 10 minutes and corrected it for me. Order was dispatched very quickly and was lovely packaged and included two samples as well! I will definitely buy again!

I like the idea behind this site, giving those who have an interest in fragrances a large access to niche fragrances that are very difficult to get elsewhere.

My experience was great as well, I ordered Sospiro vibrato...something I've wanted for a while but difficult to get in the UK without going to a euro/us site and importing.

Product was dispatched same day as ordered and arrive 2 days later, well packaged. Opened to test and check for any issues with the bottle ( always open and check if you're keeping it because there can always be manufacturing issues, the sooner the better to have issue resolved fast) all was fine and that was that. It sounds very simple but i always applauded this kind of execution, just makes the experience better and builds trust wit the company

product was legit in case anyone was wondering, I have done my research on how the site came about and who is behind it and felt assured enough to place an order.

I will definitely be back maybe to pick up a Argos fragrance. Don't have anything negative to say. Haven't had to deal with customer service so don't know about this experience. Again i like the idea behind this site and hopefully it sticks around for the foreseeable future.

Remember do your due diligence before ordering, read shipping, terms and refund policies they are there for a reason, and then make a decision for yourself. I am happy with mine.

Amazing gourmand fragrances and great you can sample niche scents before you commit for a full bottle! very prompt delivery and well packaged and they’ve added complementary extra samples with my order! I am already eyeing up another gourmand from My Perfect Scent for my B-day 🤞

MY IMPERFECT SCENT

Incredibly sad to report that the brand I have recommended to loads have let me down again (for the third time) with this damaged/faulty bottle. It's clear from the images that the broken box has caused the damage but both myperfectscent and Sospirointernational have refused to take responsibility for it because I didn't report it within 48 hours. I didn't get round to opening it until the 27th day the outerbox seemed fine so I didn't even think the bottle inside could be damaged. You'd think if a damage or fault is reported within the seller's return time frame they should still accept the return. Just to be clear the bottle is still unsprayed and I have requested a replacement not a refund
All I have been sent is generic responses copying terms and conditions from their website. I have had two faulty cupid bottles from them and now this Sospiro bottle. Wouldn't recommend!

Ordered from them twice (got a discovery kit and then a full bottle) and both times the items got shipped really quickly and got delivered in perfect condition. I love that they sell some more niche brands and I'm excited to order from them again!

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Royal Mail had said they had delivered my package but they did not deliver it to me! MYPERFECTSCENTS helped to try and track the parcel down and kept me informed every step.of the way. When Royal mail said they delivered to someone within a range of.my addressas per their T&C which meant could have been anyone and they have just not given it to me!!!! I did check with my actual neighbours as they are very good friends but none of them had my delivery. So I don't know who Royal.mail deliverd to and said it was delivered!!!!!!
My perfect scents have posted me out my samples again. HONESTLY THEY WERE AMAZING. I WILL DEFINITELY BE BUYING FROM THEM AGAIN AND AGAIN.
