Can't fault it,you are updated at every step

28 days later & still no items but they've asked for a review. Quality of items? Don't know, I would need to receive them first. First it was 1 item out of stock but also that the courier lost the package- so which was it? Then eventually, your item is on it's way- 7 days ago so not sure where it's on it's way from?

Seriously can't fault the service, next day delivery & this time of year isn't to be sniffed at.

Would have been 5* but one of the items nothing like the picture,not even the same colour!

Didn't realise that this company aee part of the group that I've being getting decants from & happy to report the same level.of excellent service. Only UK company that had the fragrance that my son requested.

2nd order & really can't fault them, took a little longer to arrive but I could see on the website that there were more orders than the last one. 10ml prices are on par with 10mls from the fragrance Houses if not cheaper & £30 is easier to swallow than a 100ml bottle at £400!
This is going to be my first stop for replenishing.

Gabby & her team have been excellent to deal with. I registered interest in a product months ago,received an email saying they had got a bottle,swiftly bought & arrived in 2 days. Great that they stock some of the lesser known makes from abroad.

Always a bit wary when using companies the first time,especially when they are cheaper than the competition but SD are 5* all the way.You do get warned that fulfilling the order may take a bit of time due to other commitments but have to say in this instance SD were quicker than some if not all of my go to's. Arrived well packaged & the genuine article,supplied in 10ml glass bottles. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Not the first time using them & won't be the last. Better prices than some of the competition so they are my go to before I go elsewhere if they don't have what I want to test. Well packaged,arrive quickly & decent sprayers.

Only thing stopping a full 5* is the onboard wifi, on way down whilst being available to use it's not particularly good & resorted to my phones own data. On the return journey it wasn't turned on or unavailable.
Great price, comfortable seats & run on time.
