MyPhotoBags Communication Horrible
I was asked to communicate through email to customer service but I feel as though it’s a bot and not a real person. I ask specific questions and they respond with the same information that is vague. I was sent the same message about my order being in high demand a couple days before Christmas when I had ordered it two weeks prior. Now today I am receiving the exact same message more than a month after ordering without even providing me with a date of when I will be getting my order. I was told I would be refunded for shipping since I selected my order to be expedited, I have yet to receive a refund for shipping. This has been one of the worse experiences dealing with a company and trying to get information about what I’ve paid for. Completely unacceptable and no idea of when this will be resolved. #SendHelp

I wish I did more research before placing my order. They literally are taking weeks for an order. First they say it’s out of stock, I placed a digital order not a hard copy how is a digital order out of stock then they say it’s out delayed because of high demand for February mind you I placed my order in December. It’s barely January. Then they suspend my order because I didn’t put my address again a digital order nothing is being sent to my house it’s supposed to be sent to my email smh. This place is unprofessional and not timely at all don’t order

Massive let down!!!
I ordered a gift for Xmas for my girlfriend and spent ages designing it. Bought it way in advance and it said it would be here by Xmas. TURNS OUT IT HASNT EVEN BEEN MADE YET!!! and I only found out by emailing them asking where it is for them to tell me THEY HAVENT EVEN STARTED!!!
Nothing on their site about out of stock and guaranteed 7-12 working day delivery which isn’t true because they haven’t even made it!!!!

I had made an error with my order and whilst it was too late to rectify it completely she was very proactive in following up and helping wherever possible to find a solution.As a good will gesture, when I reordered she waived the priority delivery charges. Very good customer service.

I purchased a view master for my boyfriends and my anniversary and the product isn’t even giftable! All the pictures are so grainy and poor quality…it’s actually a piece of crap!
WITHOUT looking at the item, this was the conclusion they came up with….I can ASSURE you it IS a manufactured defect of the slide with the photos. You CAN NOT see the extremely poor quality of the view without ACTUALLY looking at.
They charged me $19.95 for the item
They charged me $ 2.99 insurance
They charged me $ 3.99 for priority service and they charged me another $19.95 for express shipping
This bringing the total to $71.26 and they had the audacity to offer me $7.98 in a refund. This is a slap in the face. This company clearly does NOT stand behind their products or actually CARE about the client.
You can keep the $7.98 and I will absolutely be sure to show everyone I know the inferior product you are selling and I will be writing all the reviews anywhere I can about your inferior product and the total lack of customer service.
Looks like “myphotobags” is just another shitty service the internet has to offer…
P.S Any reputable company would have asked to see the product for themselves, because had you had done that, I’m 100% positive you would have felt the same way!
Oh well, Lesson learned!

Great communication considering the time delay. 17 day delivery for me. Made a very funny gift and it was worth the wait.

Do NOT buy from this company. I ordered two puzzles as gifts. One was printed backwards yes all the letters were backwards. The second one had a misprint across the entire top of the puzzle. I contacted Customer Service to issue a refund. They told me they would give $30 credit for the inconvenience when I paid $105 for the two puzzles. When I declined, they offered me $50. The third time they agreed to pay the price I paid for the puzzles, but not the duties. Both puzzles are defective. They should’ve immediately refunded my money instead I had to threaten to go to PayPal and escalate the claim to get my money back. This whole process took about a week due to the time differences. This is a horrible company stay away from them.

Never received my order. I placed my order on 1/17/2025 and it is now 02/27/2025. Will not recommend this website to anyone.
Horrible Customer Service, Products, and Doesn't Honor Commitments
I ordered from this company and they did not fulfil the order timely as committed. I paid for expedited shipping and they order came 10 days later than committed. Additionally the quality was poor. I communicated with them during they delay and they blamed it on the Chinese New Year. They stated that they would provide compensation. When it finally came they had the nerve to offer 3.99 when I paid $30 for expedited shipping, not to mention again that the order was 10 day late and could not be used for the intended purpose. Never Again
Double check pillow size before ordering!
So disappointed….Size of pillow is more a dog toy size…know your “cm” size equivalent in US inches before placing order. Delivery has been nightmare; almost impossible to track , then keep getting emails “can’t deliver due to errors in address” but they delivered it finally 3 days ago but today still getting email delivery issue. Will think hard before I place another order in future but certainly will check out competitors.
