Order came with a few hiccups

Made an order to ship to Ohio. Order shipped to address in Nebraska. Mistake was fixed and order arrived to correct place. Customer service guy was very understanding and apologetic. My cat loves his toy

On March 18

On March 18, 2023 I placed a $60 order with National Pet Warehouse, I have not received any notifications as to the progress of my order, or any updates on shipment, I have left several emails, voicemails, messages on Facebook. And no response, I just want my product sent or a refund it is very very poor customer service to not get back to your customers. It takes only a minute to send an email to give status updates.

We appreciate the feedback. The ordered item was discontinued by the manufacturer. We made every effort to locate the item from another source. Once it was not located, the order was refunded to the original payment method. Sometimes our automated notification emails are caught in spam. We appreciate your consideration, but rest assured the refund was processed.
