We are sorry to hear that you have encountered inconveniences following the delivery of your order. The deadlines indicated are those transmitted by the manufacturer and we are unfortunately dependent on the announced deadlines.

Regarding your order, the initial delivery time was indeed on May 27. Moreover, the luminaire was even received earlier and was shipped on May 21. Thus you were delivered in advance of what was agreed on May 22. Everything is therefore compliant.

First of all, we would like to apologize for the inconvenience regarding your order and for any non-compliance with your expectations. However, we would like to clarify certain points. Following your request for a delivery in Cyprus, we had informed you that we do not deliver to Cyprus but only to the European Union. Certainly Cyprus is part of it but has a particular status due to the fact that it is an island. That’s why, the shipping costs communicated by the carrier were high.

We had offered to have you delivered either in France or in a neighboring country in order to reduce delivery costs. Moreover, our team has done their best to find you a solution to ensure your delivery. But unfortunately this could not be done after checking with the carrier. That is why we have informed you and proceeded with the cancellation and refund today of your order.

We would like to apologize for the inconvenience caused by the late delivery of your order. We fully understand the importance of receiving your products on time.

After verification, your package has been shipped from our warehouse on April 8th. Unfortunately, our partner encountered a problem during the delivery of the package due to a weight problem, thus postponing the delivery scheduled for April 14.

-The product you ordered is indeed a fragile product, because it is a concrete product. So by nature, it should be handled with care. That said, following your return, the product was returned to the manufacturer in order to improve the quality and strength of the product.
-Regarding your complaint, our team responded very quickly to your request and proceeded to the immediate replacement of the applique
