Notbranded is de online store van eigenaresse Monica. In januari 2018 maakte ze een reis door Azië en besloot het roer bij terugkomst volledig om te willen gooien. Na jarenlang als Marketeer gewerkt te hebben voor mooie merken, wilde ze nu haar eigen merk gaan bouwen. Bij terugkomst schreef ze zich in bij de Kamer Van Koophandel en zo was Notbranded geboren. Wat eerst begon als kleine shop is nu uitgegroeid tot een up & running online winkel met trendy sieraden en accessoires die helemaal aansluiten op de trends van vandaag. Dagelijks pakken wij met veel plezier vele pakketjes in. Stuk voor stuk met liefde. Wat Monica leerde van dit avontuur? Als je iets doet wat je echt leuk vindt, dan komt succes vanzelf ♡.

I emailed Notbranded with an issue about the earrings I had ordered. They were very quick to respond and I'm really impressed with the customer service. I really love the earrings. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them.

No package and no refund

The website says that packages will be send within 1-2 working days. I bought something 27th of Jan, it's now 10th of Feb, so 2 weeks later and I still don't have the package or my money back.

I contacted support twice:
- They said that they can't return the money since it's already in send.
- The second time they said that they will transfer the money back, but I haven't heard from them since.

Sweet shell heart necklace, but

I bought the lovely shell heart necklace for myself and liked it so much bought one each for my daughters. Unfortunately, one broke, but it was speedily replaced. The customer service is excellent. However, I am a tad disappointed with my original purchase as it has faded somewhat...the original bright colours have disappeared. I've only worn it a handful of times.

I don't recommend this store

I don't recommend this store. My first package didn't arrive, which may have been the courier's fault (the system reported a parcel number, but that's it). Fortunately, they re-sent it to me. Only one pair of earrings arrived, even though I ordered two. I immediately contacted the store and learned they were out of stock (it's a shame no one informed me). Only after sending an email did I receive a refund for the earrings. The best part is that the earrings were available on the store's website.
The customer service and relatively quick response are a plus.

Fragile jewellery and questionable customer service

Not 1 star because they did eventually refund me. But it took a MONTH of back and forth with the company. They apparently didn’t recieve my return of the broken items and so they were saying they couldn’t help me. They were very unprofessional and dodging questions, I thought this could be a scam. They eventually said they will just refund me my whole order so I can leave them alone. It’s a shame because the jewellery is honestly beautiful. But so many of them broke/jewels fell of the same day of wear. I wouldn’t want others to experience the same problems

We would like to clarify that return shipments can sometimes take longer to arrive back at our warehouse, especially when handled by international delivery services. During the holiday period there were also some delays due to increased volume of orders and weather conditions, which unfortunately affected delivery times.

We never withhold refunds intentionally, we simply have to wait until the return has physically arrived and been processed by our warehouse before we are able to issue a refund. Even when a tracking link is available, we still need to wait for our warehouse to confirm receipt and complete the return processing.

We sincerely apologize for the confusion and the delays this caused in your case, and if our communication came across as unprofessional or unclear. We’re glad the matter was ultimately resolved with a full refund, but we regret that the quality issues and the handling of your case left you with such a negative impression. We don't want that for you!
