Your customer service leaves MUCH to be desired. Disappointing.
I reached out on Jan28 regarding a malfunctioning knee wrap. Very little and very slow responses. I did everything that was asked and I responded right away. Still waiting to hear back from y'all...2+ weeks later.

Cordless would be preferable

My preference would be to put it on at night when going to bed and power it on for20 minuutes...but the design with controller connected by cord doesn't facilitate easily putting it on with pajama bottoms. I'd suggest building the battery, even if smaller, onto the wrap so it's cordless

Poor product & now poor client support
I am now on my fourth replacement for the red light pad. I used it daily and they have all failed. Recently I was promised a replacement and they sent a controller not the pad. They were good at responding last year but in the past few months - not so much. Too bad that can't get the product quality corrected.

Responsive and caring customer service

I use red light frequently with patients in my acupuncture practice. I had a glitch with the red light and called the company. They sent me a brand new red light of the new model that replaced the one I had. I only had to send them a 10-second video with the problem identified. I'm very happy with the machines and use them personally and professionally with good success.

A friend had great success with her…

A friend had great success with her Nova pad! So I ordered it! While waiting for mine to be delivered I borrowed hers! I had 3 days b4 our Super Bowl party! I was in agony w/sciatica , knee and shoulder pain! I used it on all areas non stop each day leading up to all the work needed to set up and break down!! I couldn’t have done it without MY NOVA PAD!

Just needed a little help

I have been struggling with some back pain and I have been using it daily and it has made it less annoying. I just started the ritual so I am hoping in a little time it will do the trick. Also used it on my face under my glasses. I have a touch of irritation and it healed it right up in a couple days. Lots less irritated and red.

I just ordered a knee brace. I cannot at this time comment on the product but from the other reviews I read the products are great. I can make a comment on the service during my purchasing process. Good customer service is almost non existent. My experience with this was company great. I really appreciate their timely responses to all my questions.

The recovery pod complete is amazing

The recovery pod complete is amazing. I have enjoyed incorporating this into my routine. This was a gift but the order was delivered in a very timely manner and Novaalab followed up through the whole process.
