I reached out on Jan28 regarding a malfunctioning knee wrap. Very little and very slow responses. I did everything that was asked and I responded right away. Still waiting to hear back from y'all...2+ weeks later.
Cordless would be preferable
My preference would be to put it on at night when going to bed and power it on for20 minuutes...but the design with controller connected by cord doesn't facilitate easily putting it on with pajama bottoms. I'd suggest building the battery, even if smaller, onto the wrap so it's cordless

I am now on my fourth replacement for the red light pad. I used it daily and they have all failed. Recently I was promised a replacement and they sent a controller not the pad. They were good at responding last year but in the past few months - not so much. Too bad that can't get the product quality corrected.

I use red light frequently with patients in my acupuncture practice. I had a glitch with the red light and called the company. They sent me a brand new red light of the new model that replaced the one I had. I only had to send them a 10-second video with the problem identified. I have been struggling with some back pain and I have been using it daily and it has made it less annoying. I just started the ritual so I am hoping in a little time it will do the trick. Also used it on my face under my glasses. I have a touch of irritation and it healed it right up in a couple days. Lots less irritated and red.

The product is really good and they have great customer service. I have purchased three of the small light pads. One for myself and two us gifts. They get used daily. I have six siblings and they all own one now as well and I think I should buy stock in the company.
Replacement Hassle Free
I was overjoyed to be able to get a replacement for my mouthpiece that goes with the red light therapy without a hassle, or a million questions. Great customer service and immediately received a reply and decision.

It seems to be working
I have been having acute lower back pain for quite some time. MRI and x-ray revealed inflammation. I have done 3-4 30 minutes sessions every day since last week and am feeling much better. Will continue using this as a part of my routine.
