I bought a heel ray and it was defective, the company would not stand behind their product even though they stated they had a 30 day warranty. I would’ve loved to try it to see if it worked but their customer service and warranty is defective. If I could give him less than one star I would, I am not a happy camper.

Fantastic customer service. I lost my charging cord and could not find one that fit. I emailed them and had not only a new cord but an entirely new device at my doorstep within 2 weeks. Above and beyond. As for the device, dentist noted multiple pockets had improved significantly since my last visit. This was the only thing I changed in my routine.

I want to be clear: the HealRay device itself works as advertised, and I was initially satisfied with the product.
However, my experience with customer support has been extremely disappointing and unacceptable.
The magnetic charger overheated and melted after a small metal object (a paper clip) accidentally attached to it. This is not misuse — it is a realistic everyday scenario and represents a potential safety risk. I contacted HealRay in good faith to report the issue, share photos, and understand whether this was a known problem or if a safer replacement solution existed.
Instead of asking for details, investigating the issue, or acknowledging the safety concern, HealRay dismissed the case entirely by claiming the order was not placed through their “official store,” despite the fact that I received official HealRay order and shipping emails and the product is clearly authentic.
I find it unacceptable that a manufacturer would refuse to take responsibility or even show interest when a potential product safety issue is reported. Customer support should prioritize user safety and product improvement, not deflect responsibility.
Because of this lack of accountability and concern, I cannot recommend this product or the company at this time.

I have a tooth that the gum has receded showing almost the entire root. After 30 days this gum level has not changed at all.

"Accidentally made a duplicated order due to an error on HealRay's website and the lack of any order confirmation. I immediately emailed HealRay's customer service to cancel the duplicate order. A few hours later, a HealRay CS representative replied confirming that the order had been cancelled and that I would receive a full refund within a few working days.
It has now been a month. I have sent two follow-up emails asking for an update on the refund status, but I have received no reply, no refund, and no product has been delivered."

Not trustworthy
Even though it appears that the company is located in the USA, the goods come from China. This means longer delivery times.
I never received my order because the local delivery company delivered the parcel somewhere, just not to me.
HealRay received all the requested data aboutr the complaint and even USPS confirmed that the parcel could not be found.
On 7 December 2025, I received confirmation from HealRay that the order had been cancelled and a full refund would be issued.
To date, despite several enquiries, I have had no further contact with the company and am still waiting for my money (157 GBP).
The whole matter has been dragging on since September 2025. I think I have shown enough patience. I cannot recommend HealRay.
Update:
I already asked my bank about the refund. There is no refund from HealRay until 16/01/2026. My bank told me to ask for a proof that the money have been refunded. But due to the lack of communication there is no chance for me to ask for this proof.
Maybe before you blame others, you should check it on your side.

First of all they sent me the wrong product. I ordered the red light therapy for gums. Received the blue one. When I complained they said I could return for full refund but at my expense and to the country of France. Don’t buy anything from this company.

He asked to keep twisting it which I did for a few mins until finally some liquid came out of one of gel pens. these are not your usual twist a few times and liquid comes out you literally just have to twist 20 plus times or a few mins until something comes out. The other one did not work but manager took care of it. Still love the red light therapy device just inconvenience due to situation with gel pen

My experience with my initial purchase has been a mixed bag. The actual product was shipped and arrived in good time, i've been using it for around a month, can't fully say I think it works but might need more time.
Unfortunately when I purchased I was back and forth with customer service trying to figure out why I'd been charged £77 on top of £84 for the device itself. This was because of an add-on gum gel which i'd specifically chosen a single and it came to about £12, but for some reason i'd been charged £77. Customer service response was good and they said they had actioned a refund on their end. However, that refund never came and I was still waiting a month later. I ended up having to lodge a dispute via my bank so they could chase up the refund on my behalf. Thankfully my bank is excellent and has given me the amount whilst they deal with getting money back from HealRay. Pretty slack in terms of something so simple like processing a refund for something I hadn't ordered in the first place.
Wouldn't recommend given the refund hassle and that i've not really noticed the benefits from the product.

So, I would have given a higher rating, but since I'm still waiting for my refund, I cannot. This may work for some, but it wasn't the product for me, as it actually made my gums hurt after 10 days of use. When I stopped for 48 hours, the pain did as well. Contacted customer service, and while they did try to suggest using it longer, they did go ahead and send my label to start the return. Was shipped back on the 8th, received by them on the 15th (thanks, Informed Delivery), but here it is the 19th, and still no refund. I will give it until the end of next week, and then plan to dispute with my credit card company, as the product was returned and they have a 60-day money back guarantee not being honored. Guess I should have trusted these reviews a bit more.
Not a very good reply since your page still shows "return in progress." Sounds like a generic reply and I'll never see my money unless I fight the transaction.
