Crap at delivering don't even attempt to deliver right address just leave it at random neighbours without telling you the number all leaving a card or tranging the tracking number the worst delivery service I've ever come across

Excellent service
Excellent service. Ordered block paving delivery to Wales on the Monday, delivered to us on Thursday. Delivery a little on pricey side but these places often are, and product price was good so makes up for it. Highly recommend

Great Customer Service
Good pricing, and great customer service! I bought a tool chest, which was quickly shipped to me direct from the manufacturer. It arrived damaged (not OCL's fault as it was shipped direct to me from the maker), but OCL customer services were quick to reply, and dealt with the manufacturer to get me replacement units as quickly as possible. They remained responsive and helpful until everything was totally sorted to my satisfaction. Would have no hesitation in buying from OCL again in the future.

Useless delivery system
I purchased 40 coping stones via their website. I received a call from the delivery company and organised delivery between 8am and 5pm which meant a day off work. The delivery didnt show up. I called and was told they never received the pallet!!
I called OCL and complained they then took a few days to find the pallet. I was called by the delivery company again to organise delivery, I asked them to check the pallet was actually there and it wasn't so delivery was cancelled. The lorry then turned up a few days later with no warning while I was in work. The driver called me to say it was a curbside delivery only and he would need to leave the pallet where my driveway starts, over 100m from my home on a busy main road!!! I told him to either leave them at my property or take them back. He chose to take them back. I had to wait for a refund.

First time using company and was so impressed with service had make a quick review. Ordered a SIP saw from them, great price and arrived next day as advertised. Absolutely flawless, now saved to my favourites.
