Joined this company as a subscriber when it was T-Mobile. Apparently cost cutting doesn't work for data security or for customer service. Shame on Odido for the email on the data breach - we have given away all of your data except your call logs. WTF

I looked up the news about cyberattack on out data and this really made me not like you odido at all. Trust is non existent no more. Never i heard from tele provider something like this has also been done. What do i pay for if security is this bad. After im done with payments im gonna switch.

Odido leaked my personal data to cyberattackers, including my full name, address, IBAN, ID numbers. They can now use my data, which might cause me serious trouble. It is outrageous. I was a customer for 8 years, now it's time to put an end to it.

I have been scammed by odido, I purchased a phone with subscription from them and they have told me I can get gifted for first purchase with a tablet( which I did not need, I have a nice iPad already) later on I firguded they have been charging me without even mentioning it in my invoices. The invoices couldn’t even be linked to my number or account. Till this day they haven’t even reached out to me about the status of my case. I’m very disappointed, their WiFi connection is also very bad

I’ve been a customer since the end of 2023. The customer support team is extremely friendly and helpful. I want to give a special mention to Nora, who assisted me via Facebook-it is thanks to her that I decided to stay with Odido.
As for the internet, the connection is stable and doesn't drop. Their provided modem can sometimes cause issues, but after switching to my own router, the internet has been great.

Without my knowledge, they subscribed for me for weather sms for 16 euros monthly and after I realized it after two bills, they said you can unsubscribe using the mobile app! So, if you are not reviewing their bills, you can expect high payments

I set up a payment plan for a missed bill and now they are telling me I can’t use my phone this is the first time this has happened to me in my life and I’m hey expect me to still pay. That won’t be happening unless my phone is unlocked.

we switched to fiber connection because they made us do it. before it was okay connection was stable. now past one week we already had 4 technicians at home, none of them know what they are doing. the connection stopped working and they offered us help in 24 hours wich is insane. we pay for the internet service, not to spend more time with the technician guys than using the actual internet.
so if you feel lonely, switch to odido, ur never gonna be alone again with the technician guys every second day at ur home!!!! 🙏

Odido are far as im concerned nothing more then a corrupt service 180 euros they charged me for one phone call to my son when i was in turkey then they send an email 2 days before payment saying yiur over your bundle when yiu know its not so instead of paying 24 euros they charge 34 euros all english students be warned they take advantage of you not speaking dutch you have been warned

Absolute worse Internet provider I have ever dealt with, they had been promising the previous tenants fibre installation for 2 years then I moved in and I got sold the same promise so I signed up for a year, they were unable to even reach half they advertised speed which means I could break out of the contract - what a joke I spent an entire day on the phone with their team getting my calls randomly dropped and being put on hold for 45mins at a time.
I will never again use this service.

Misleading advertising
Advertised '1st 12 months free' television but charged me after 1 month. Tried to dispute this but they said I am signed up to a contract now.
Customer service terrible. They don't work for Odido and are powerless to fix anything, even though they agreed that the situation was wrong.
Edit: odido says this has been resolved but it hasn't. My review stands.

these calls. Odido lets you call normally and does not warn you that it’s paid while you’re calling. No message, no pop-up, nothing. You only find out later when the bill comes.
I already pay €34 every month, and then I get almost €30 extra on top of that. That’s crazy. If something costs money, you should clearly tell the customer before or during the call, not after.
On top of that, there are extra subscriptions on the bill that I never made and didn’t even know I was paying for. That’s not okay.
It feels like Odido only cares about money, not about being clear or fair to customers.
Also, the mobile data is not always stable sometimes it just doesn’t work.
Very disappointing. I would not recommend Odido to anyone.

Super disappointing - zero stars.
Had internet appointment for moving house scheduled for 16.01 they never called until we chased them and said they are not coming. Rescheduled with first option for 21.01 08-12 o’clock again try even didn’t have dignity to offer sooner appointment. Now received sms try are not coming again. I want one month at least free internet for this inconvenience and klantvordeel on top of that because you are unprofessional and unreliable
