Once the guy come, he said he dont know how to install it so we need to make another appointment. And after two days, the right person come. He install it, but he told us the package delta delivered is not a working equipment. AND UNTIL NOW! AFTER TWO WEEKS DELAY! we still DONT have internet!!!
And Finally how do we get wifi? We fix it OURSELVES. And after we fix our internet ourselves, dleta respond very fast said their worker fix that. Your worker? Did you paid us?

Absolutely shocking service from delta and their contractors BAM! Caused property damage and we're not interested to rectify their actions till they were threatened with legal action. A terrible company with even worse customer service, avoid them at all costs.
Their reaction proves it, complete waste of time. AVOID THEM!!!!!

I called the company 3 months ago to make a new internet contract. They offered me a great promotion: 16 months of free TV and internet for only €45. I accepted and waited for the equipment to be installed at home. A few weeks later, I was surprised with a bill for €84. I called and went to the store in person to try to resolve the situation. This happened during the 3 months that the bill had an incorrect price. In November, I called again to try to resolve the problem and spoke with an employee named Maria, who confirmed that the situation was resolved and that I would receive future bills with a discount. A few days later, I needed to contact them again about the same problem and they informed me that I was not eligible to that type of contract and that it was not possible to change it. Now I have to pay extra for this service and I am very dissatisfied.

I like what service I get from Delta, The Gigabit internet connection always stable, never have any issue!

I would give 0 stars if possible. 1st, a guy came to my house and said we were the last to switch. Not stupid am I? Checked with neighbors, no one switched to Delta. Now I just say no and close the door
Today, 2 more appeared saying don't be afraid, we're not here to sell something. Then they tried to convince me to let them in. Again, not stupid am I? So my son heard the entire conversation and then went to a neighbor. Ultimately, the government are not enforcing a change to glasvezel as Delta have claimed!
We have everything from Delta .tv .internet energy & mobile Phone & are very happy with all.( we have been with the company since it was the PZEM)

Delta is my Internet provider for fiberglass internet.
The Installation service was smooth and friendly, the service is stable, no issues at all with my superfast internet. I just extended my contract for the next 2 years and can fully recommend it.

I may be glad with max 230mbit despite their promises because I am not cabled and need a wireless wifi connection.

Contracted speed is never achieved. And I am directly connected to the modem/router via a cat6 cable. Also no internet for over 20 houses in our village (was told due to a problem in the data center) but according to Delta.nl webpage there is nothing going on..why?

They've sent a flyer selling internet access advertising immediate availability. When looking at their website it says they've decided not to even plan to install it, let alone it being available.

Don't switch to Delta internet. They guaranteed the switch from my old internet provider. I have paid two bills now. And Delta does not accept this. The wifi is very poor, the modem keeps beating.
I've had Delta Energy and Delta Fiber services for six or seven years. So far, everything has gone as expected; my services are always available.

The internet speed is not the best and I also bought a speed booster from you. It is quite expensive for the quality offered and in some cases we have situations when we are left without internet for a short period of time.

Joined Delta in early January with a promise of fiber-cabled internet. It is now the end of March, and despite trying to call, contact, and reach them, we still have nothing in place. Stay far away! I have been on the phone with them for hours and they just forward you to the next person each time.

So, Delta keeps phoning me to get me to enter into a contract with them. I finally tell them that the reason i am not entering into a contract with them is due to the fact that i can leave NL at anytime. The assure me that i can give one month notice of cancellation and then there would be no costs. Sounds perfect so lets do it.
I wanted the 1gb line fiber but unfortunately according to the Delta representative fiber is not yet available in my area and only the ether/Lan connection is. I ask if they are certain it can reach 1000mb / 1GB p/sec as it is not fiber, they agree it will be possible, great lets do it.
After installation everything looked okay until i started monitoring the speed, it then started going down from 200mb to less then 100mb p/sec. I contacted them and they asked me over the phone to please try a few different devices, which i did and the result remained the same. The gentleman informed me that this is not good and that a technician will come to my house free of charge to fix it. Great right.
The technician shows up and plugs in his "special" laptop to show me he gets 1000mb p/sec. I show him on more than 5 different devices that i am not even getting close to 200mb p/sec. He then informs me Delta is only responsible for providing 1000mb to my/their router and what ever speed you get after that, is your problem and not theirs.
Furious and disappointed we continue to struggle with the poor speed until everything started lagging/freezing due to the poor speed. After testing the speed (on the app that the Delta technician insisted i use) i noticed i am only getting 48mb p/sec.
Not what i am paying for nor agreed to with Delta. Guess what, i receive a bill for 90 euro's for a technician to come to my house and tell me the low speed is not the problem of Delta and my issue was not resolved.
Today i contacted Delta, again, to inform them of my great dissatisfaction and i ask if i can cancel my subscription. No issues im told except it is going to cost me just a little more than 1100 euro's, yes you read that correct, just a little more than 1100 euro's. I informed the lady that this is not what was agreed to and she apologizes for her colleague who made this statement.
Now i am sitting with a subscription that i need to pay more than 1100 euro to get out off or accept that 48mb p/sec is acceptable for another 18 months or so.
I'm not sure about everyone else but to me this feels like a very big and terrible scam. I have never experienced such a pitfall in my life with all the service providers i have worked with.
