Quick and smooth claim process

I’ve taken their insurance multiple times in the past, and it was my first time got caught into the incident and claiming it. Believe me, it took just couple of days to do all the processing and getting money into my account. Really impressed!! I’m gonna continue purchasing their insurance every time I rent a car anywhere in the world. Thanks Orchard!

My first involvement with an insurance company, and it was good

The company honoured it's contractual commitments with no fuss or bother and in a refreshingly speedy manner (within a week for me).

There is a lot of information required when making a claim, which I do understand. I found it unfortunate that I couldn't upload multiple files e.g. pictures when making the claim. However once the claim was registered I was able to upload additional pertinent files. It would be good if claimants were made aware of this (or maybe in a more obvious way).
