- Excellent service that will save you a lot of money if you have an accident or even just scratch your rental car.

- Excellent service
- Excellent value for money and very cheap compared to full cover you get from the rental companies or from the broker or website you book from.
- And most importantly the claim process is simple and straightforward. I had a claim and actually from submitting the claim it took 2-3 days for approval and another 2-3 days to receive the money in my account. You just need all the documents and accident/ damage reports from the rental company.
- I travel frequently and usually I rent a car in Europe and other parts of the world. This is the first time I had to make a claim so I can really evaluate the service and its value. I will never rent a car in the future without a RentalCover.com insurance.

Our damage claim filing was a first time experience and was overall successfully paid

I was going to leave a 4 star review because the process to file my rental car damage claim which was my first, took a while until I figured out who I had to speak with or email to start a claim. I was initially communicating no with Rental Cover Claims department. Secondly when I made my rental booking I mis typed my email which was what Rental Cover had and that caused some delays for claim to be paid. Will not lie about starting to get nervous because the reviews I had read about the rentalcover insurance were 98% positive and their damage claim process was described as easy and quick. It took 6-8 weeks approximately to resolve my claim but claim was paid and the delays were caused by the two things mentioned. Thank you to the personnel that I had the chance to speak with through my claim process for their patience. Excited to say they do pay for claims provided one sends them the proper documentation for damage claims. Overall satisfied with having chosen to buy their rental insurance plan and their very professional customer oriented demeanor every time I contacted rentalcover.com via phone or email. Hence the 5 star review!

reliable and quick process

We used RentalCover through Expedia while booking the rental car. We had a windshield damage during the trip. The claim submission was clear. Once we provided all the documents they needed, we got our money back within 3 days.

Affordable additional insurance and easy claims process

Affordable additional insurance coverage for rental cars we used in Canada for a 3-week trip. Covered us on 3 separate rentals, and was very seamless. We had to make a claim because of minor damage to one of our rentals due to a hit-and-run. Claims process was completely online, and was truly easy to do. Claim approved within 2 days, and the money was in my bank account 2 days later. Super impressed and will use Rental Cover for all of my future car rentals.

Raised a claim where I was unfairly…

Raised a claim where I was unfairly charged by the merchant on the basis of dispute clause in terms which cover "unfair" charges. Rentalcover refused to acknowledge this & rejected the claim twice.

Excellent service

This was the first time I used RentalCover, and it also happened to be the first time in my life I had to deal with a car damage during a trip. As you can imagine, I was pretty anxious about the whole paperwork, wondering how all this can work electronically and come to an end. In fact, it was the smoothest procedure I could imagine. I easily submitted all required documentation (everything is very clearly explained step by step), my claim was approved in three days, and I got paid one day after. It goes without saying I strongly recommend RentalCover and will use their services in all my trips from now on.

Efficient and Effective Cover

Easy to book insurance as part of the Booking.com cars process. A change of plans required cancelling the original car and rebooking another for a longer period and the insurance cost was promptly refunded.
A claim was lodged for slight wheel damage during the hire and within 2 days RentalCover processed and paid my claim in full. Happy Customer!

Rental Cover was great

Rental Cover was great. I rented a car and returned it after close. They told me that night that I had rim and tire damage which I had not noticed, but I did hit a curb. Rental cover's process was easy and FAST!! Highly recommend!
