Very easy to setup and easy to use. I have multiple, very picky cats and they started using it immediately! I definitely recommend this litter box for anyone wanting an easier, quicker, and less smelly litter clean-up process!

I love this automatic literbox. I previously returned one of the more expensive enclosed ones because it kept erroring. This is simple to setup and easy to operate. The replacement bags are inexpensive and easy to change. We have to two cats that use the box constantly and we only need to change the bag every 6 days. It’s also easy to clean. No smell. I would reccomend this one over the more expensive ones with the app. It’s simple and does the job.

This is the best litter box that was well worth the price compared to the other round litterbox that turned out to be not so great. It's easy to clean up, sturdy and it turns well without any hesitations.

I bought this as a back up in case our litter robot goes out (we’ve had it a while). All 3 cats prefer this and hardly use the robot anymore. We’ve had it a week and I’ve only had to empty the waste 1 time in 7 days. No smell. Total score!

I used to think that electric cat litter boxes are expensive and hesitated to buy one, but now I have three cats at home, and they smell bad if they are not cleaned for a day. I decisively bought this cat litter box on the recommendation of a friend! It is so easy to use! It cleans automatically and promptly, and it also comes with a roll of garbage bags. There is no odor, and it frees my hands. I love it! I sincerely recommend this cat litter box to everyone. You only need to pour cat litter into it and then you don't need to worry about it. It will clean itself automatically and shake the cat litter flat. It is beautiful and practical!

My cat didn't like the exposure so she wouldn't use the litter box. I tried to send it back in perfect shape but the company made me pay to ship it costing over $125.00 which is what I almost paid for the item. Very poor customer service!!!! If you're cat is the shy type this open air box is not for you. DON'T WAIST YOUR MONEY LIKE I DID !!

This is great! I have a Maine coon that's 16 lbs and he fits in there and it only took 2 days for him to transition. It's super quiet and has made such a difference in smell like I don't have a cat. It's much cheaper than a lot of auto litter boxes that does the same thing. Get it!

Our 2-year-old ragdoll took a day to adjust, but this litter box has been a game-changer. Easy to set up, controls odors, simple to clean, and makes a once-dreaded chore effortless. Highly recommend!

The litter box looks great. It's large and feels sturdy. However, I was surprised to see the base being fabric. Why?? This is the area holding the litter. It's also the main area where cats will scratch. Two week update: our cat started using it Day 1, which was fantastic. The machine does a great job removing clumping litter; I recommend using a good quality litter otherwise you'll have small pieces left behind. The only issue we've had is our cat getting scared during the "burying cycle" after going #1,....and then deciding to go #2 outside the litter box...this has happened twice already. Would be nice to override the "burying cycle" all together, thus giving the cat more time around the machine. We'll use it for a few months and I'll provide an update on the durability of the fabric portion.

I’m glad I upgraded to this automated cat litter box. Has three simple buttons- on/off, dump, and level. You can also turn on child lock if I’m not mistaken but I would keep this away from children to begin with. It’s has a tray at the bottom that fits the provided litter bag and you simply pull the bag string and it secures your cat’s business. Don’t throw away the plastic guard! It’s used for emptying the litter. It’s user friendly with easy disassemble for cleaning up- just take a few items apart and you can spray and wash it down. It’s built solid and looks sleek, cats took a little time getting used to it as they used a box with tray.

I kept delaying buying a little robot because of the price, but when this model went on sale, I finally got it - and I'm so glad I did. With four cats, our old litter box setup was messy and expensive, costing $40 - $50 a month. Now we're spending under $20, and the cats love it. It's open on top, safe, and even stops cycling when one of them jumps in to play. Truly a great purchase, and I'm considering getting another after the holidays.

I love these litter boxes! Easy to use and have really cut out the stink my babies used to grace my home with. They are easy to use and have a safety setting that stops any movement if someone happened to jump in while it's cleaning itself. My cats appreciate the clean litter, too. I will say though, I have a 9 year old and an 8 year old and 2 cats under 2 years. The two younger cats won't use them but the older cats love them! It's also roomy, I have large cats and I did have concerns about that, but it has not been an issue. You won't regret this purchase!

The product was packaged very well. Easy to put together, took me 20 minutes if that!!! Setup took no time. So far so good!!!!

During the first week of having it at home, in general I like this product, and I think it is worthy to buy it, especially for us, because sometimes we went out for several days, this product can help us perfectly clean the litter for our baby. There are several things I think the product did well: The product comes with a well-thought-out assembly guide, complete with clear, detailed pictures, making it easy to follow along. It really saves me a lot of time. And it comes with thoughtful additions, such as a litter mat and litter bag. The smart detection system can differentiate between my cat actually using the litter and merely playing around inside. This precision is likely due to a weight sensor that triggers the cleaning process based on activity.

Great litter box, but your cat may not adapt to it right away. Patience is the key, it may take weeks! At first, let your cat use it unplugged, put treats around it, then activate the automatic mode only after they get used to it. It is fairly quiet. The sensors work well and it seems very safe. Considering the price, if it lasts 1-2 years, I am happy. Also, other reviewers pointed out that it makes you save on litter, so in the long run I am sure it will repay itself.

Love PET PIVOT automatic, litter boxes! I have been a long time fan of litter robots, but after a couple years, they get smelly, no matter what you do, their pinch sensors go, and then you have to replace them, plus they are a lot bigger. I was looking for an automatic litter box that was a little bit smaller, cleaner, and easy to change, when I found pet pivot. I have many cats and I have bought three of these, I love them, they work great! I am just careful about the hole in the back where it dumped the litter. So far the sensors have worked great and stopped the rotating cycle if there is a kitten or cat in there.
