I ordered the automatic litter boxes from this company. It’s been 4 weeks and have not received them yet. I have emailed them multiple times with no response. The tracking still says ready to ship. Do not order from this company!!! I am about ready to report them to American Express for fraud.

Not as described and PayPal wouldn’t even refund. These guys are pirates, need to be shut down

Ordered the set of 3 Mr. Wiggle toys on 7/16/23. I got the USPS tracking says "awaiting item". I emailed the company three times with no response. So today I ended up disputing the item. I paid for shipping but they never shipped it. This company appears to be a scam.

Ordered 3 wiggly and arrived. All it is is a rubber ball with a fuzzy thing attached. In the video it showed it jumping around on its own as it it ran on batteries, but it doesn't. False advertising

If Incould have put 0 I WOULD HAVE. don't even go there with this co. Paid $30 for so called free toy with mystery box. What a scam. Was some feathery thing on spring with suction and some rolly thing. Worth About 50 cents each. How the hell do we stop this.

Do not order from this company!
As stated already, they send emails saying your order is on the way. When you click on the USPS tracking #, it shows that USPS hasn’t even received the item yet. It has been 1.5 weeks with nothing happening with the product.
Again, I have also sent multiple emails with NO response. Unfortunately this company is a scam like so many others are.
**UPDATE**…….. I did finally receive my item on 7/31. Basically 3 weeks later. 😑

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered items and a "mystery box" back in June, order never comes like some of the other reviews. Tracking never updated anything other than "in transit". One day a package was finally in my mailbox, a cheap mouse toy stuck to a spring, that attaches to a suction cup that doesn't suction and what I am guessing is a Mr. Wiggle Toy. Assuming that was the "best selling mystery box". Never got my actual order of Mr. Wiggles, but after seeing the mystery box, I do not want them. I only want a refund, but I never received the initial order. Tracking stated my 2nd shipment was delivered; I never got a fist shipment but told them I wanted my money back. The company replied for me to check with USPS. I reported to the BBB instead. Pending result. The registered agent for this company is Arman Baksh and it is located at 4931 Rusten Rd, Eagan MN 55122.

My sister ordered 2 of the supposed cat size blankets for my 2 cats. She ordered them 10/6/22, and emailed them multiple times about not receiving the order and repeatedly asked for a refund. They were delivered today, 4 months after they were ordered and maybe a1/3 of the cats body could fit even though it was advertised as dog sized!!!!!!

FREE Blanket but charging £13 postage!! What a rip off. I did not continue with purchase and now find the companies horrendous reviews. They’re advertising on Facebook but it’s clearly a very dishonest Scam. DO NOT BE SUCKED IN BY THIS COMPANY. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I placed an order yesterday (being Sunday), then saw the reviews and emailed 10 mins later to cancel the order and then today I get an email saying sorry cant cancel it as its already despatched.
I will not be accepting delivery and will get my refund via Paypal

Don’t waste your money ,
Supposed to be a cat sized mat , need about three times the size for our cats . Absolutely tiny , they hook you in by saying pay only postage and that ended up being £20 for two . Complete rip off .

Ordered a blanket 'suitable for dogs' as the 2 options were for cats or dogs , received a blanket that would hardly be suitable for a cat ...very small
Company was very unresponsive at first until I asked for returns label/refund, even admitted the blanket sent was the only one they had at the moment!

Brought a small blanket suitable for a cat - it’s tiny, not even big enough for a rabbit, let alone a cat.
Material is not fluffy as described, it’s very thin. The reviews on the website are 5 stars, this product is definitely not 5 stars.

I’ve emailed the company 3 times and not one reply.

I ordered the small blanket for my cat and it arrived just now. I wish there had been a camera on my face because it would of won a prize for disbelief. The blanket is the size of a flannel ? There is no possible way she could sit or sleep on it as it would only fit her head, what a joke and a total waste of money exact size of small blanket is 12" x 9" beware people. Rip off .

I paid the shipping of $14.95 and that was over a month ago and I have sent them 2 emails with no reciprocation on their end,there is no phone number,just an email address,on facebook it shows 12 comments but only shows 4 which means they are weeding out the negative comments,I will be contacting the AG in their state of MN because this business is just a scam,never ever buy anything that is advertised on facebook,I found out the hard way.

Decided to treat my cat and dog to relax mats. Bought a cat size and the large size (for the dog). Items arrived this weekend and OMG you have to be kidding and laugh - the cat mat would be great....if my cat was the size of a hamster!.
The large dog mat was the perfect size, for my small cat.
Their photos are misleading and the only reviews on their website are either 5 or 4 star - they obviously filter out all reviews that dont say wonderful things (interesting that my review hasnt made it to their website - and I checked just before writing this).
Please people be wary of this site as they prey on gullible people like me who want to treat their pets.
I did email them, but funnily enough they did not bother to reply.
