Customer service agents were super helpful and quick to respond to my emails. Although I would have liked the option to speak with someone, I understand a lot of businesses are straying away from that option. Overall a very good experience
The customer care person was very supportive , understanding and solving problems.

Becky and Olivia both responded to my email inquiries quickly and we're very helpful in guiding me through the screening process!

These 5 star reviews are clearly fake. If trust pilot can’t do a better job correcting for that they should hang it up. This is a transparent cash grab- a service aimed at protecting landlords, but the tenants have to pay for it, oh also all your info is now going to be used to try to sell you insurance.

The process was intimidating at first because I didn’t know how to complete their emotional support pet process. After filling out most of the application, I had some questions so I decided to email them later or the next day. Unexpectedly, I received follow up emails from Eric and Becky that same day and they offered to help me complete the application and answer any questions. Once completed, the next day they emailed me to see if I needed assistance uploading the missing document. Eric and Becky were very professional and courteous and made what was turning into a chaotic move in process more manageable.

I don’t have any pets, but I would like to say that having to affirm seven ways to Sunday that I don’t is the most assinine thing I have had to endure today.

I had an excellent experience with PetScreening. The process was fast, clear, and handled very professionally. Olivia and Eric were especially helpful — responsive, kind, and knowledgeable throughout the entire review process.
Everything was reviewed and verified quickly, and communication was straightforward, which made what can sometimes be a stressful step feel easy and smooth. I really appreciated how efficient and respectful the experience was. Highly recommend!

I paid an "annual" fee for 2 dogs in 11/2025 when I applied for an apartment. My lease starts 1/16/2026. They charged me 2 fees again on 1/8/2026. I asked for a refund of the duplicate fees and they refunded me and closed my account. They say that my 1st 2 fees were only good for 2025. So they charged me an annual amount, but I only got 2-month worth. And don't even try contacting them by phone.
I would like to respond to the company response below. You ask me to contact you. But the phone posted online for their company is does not actually contact your company. It just tells you to go online and submit a support ticket. The support line responds to any tickets with repeated blurbs. They do not look into the situation or respond with any actual help. This company is a scam and if your apartment complex hires them, you need to use them. I have already signed a lease. But if anyone out there is looking for an apartment, I would ask if they were using this company. If they are, do not lease that apartment. You have been warned.

I experienced a double billing issue when both my roommate and I set up a pet profile for our dog. Alexis was very prompt in getting back to me as to how to rectify the situation.

The whole process with PetScreening has been absolutely horrible. After going through the whole creating a profile and uploading every document they required my profile for an Assisted Animal was denied 4x. I even contacted my health care provider and submitted an additional documentation and they still continued to deny my profile. I contacted support multiple times over the course of 5 days asking for assistance and more clarification as to why my profile was not being accepted. After I finally got a response, it was all scripted and no actual assistance was given. It felt like an AI bot was the one replying to me. Their solution was to get an additional health care provider to add documentation too. I reiterated that I only have one primary care provider, like most people, and the fact they were discrediting my PCPs diagnosis and recommendations was absolutely UNETHICAL and ridiculous!! Not only did I provide my diagnosis but also the treatment/ reasoning for my assisted animal and they still ignored my needs. it was absolute DISCRIMINATION toward my disability. I was never given actual assistance or help. I would not recommend this to anyone and I am very disappointed and hurt by this whole experience.

Tessa and Becky absolutely are the best. They helped me in uploading documents. I was unsure how to do so and I sent it over to them and they’ve done An immaculate job with assisting me. I do have to say this was a very stress-free experience. I highly recommend.

I want to give two big shout outs to Jose and Andres who got me through the deactivation of my baby boy BB King. He didn't die, I rehomed him for a better life. Boy does he have one! (I want to go live with him)
Pet Screening is on top of their jobs. They are there when you need them and there were many times when I did. They are very respectful and fun at the same time. Thanks Pet Screening!!!

PetScreening was one of the most frustrating parts of moving. My complex had us use it for ESA verification, and it was obvious right away that the system is built to discourage.
I submitted a clean, legitimate ESA letter from my licensed therapist recommending two animals, and the plenty more information than is legally required for each animal, SEPARATELY. Instead of accepting it (as the FHA allows), they demanded “supplemental documentation” that they aren’t legally entitled to ask for, and the site gives you no way to respond, only to resubmit with whatever extra info they decide they want.
The whole thing is designed to push people into giving up so landlords can collect pet rent. If you’re stuck using this service, save every email and be ready for unnecessary hoops. Definitely not a renter-friendly company.
This company profits from pet rent and related fees, and because you cannot be made to pay for an ESA, they will do everything in their power to break you down until you give in and just pay fees. As a landlord or renter, please be aware of these practices.

I had a terrible cold when I got the email from pet screening saying that Serena’s documents are out of date.
I copied and pasted the most recent rabies vaccination to the email and replied
Something got lost in the translation, two days later still sick, I did the same thing. After I explained, I had a bad head cold for a week,- I felt like I got everybody’s attention everybody’s attention.
Everything was done for me online and I was included on the progress and was not required to do another thing! Thank you all

Full of ads and upsells for random services and products, I hope they go bankrupt.
Replies with copy paste response because, of course, they would. Shit company
