BEWARE This is the most terrible company please do not get scammed like so many of us. They also Operate as Pets Club. Their actually company name is Fitlooking , Sabiedriba ar ierobezotu atbildibu .

I tried to stop my order as soon as I realised and read the reviews of others. Sadly I was unable to.
I paid £50 for a dogs bed .
No communication from company even though I have tried and tried when bed eventually arrived stuffed in a bin liner it was so shockingly made my 4 year old could do better. No filling , holes in it , not sewn together properly it is only fit for the dustbin.
I have kept as evidence as I have taken up with PayPal and hope there will be some compensation or at the very least no one else will be scammed in this way.

Thank you so much for delivering the pet bed on time....The quality of the bed is just top-notch and is extremely soft. My pet feels super comfortable in his new bed. Above all these, the price charged for the bed was even super affordable.

Do not order from this company. I ordered a pet bed in early April, queried delivery twice in May. Officially complained to PayPal about non delivery. In the meantime I was delivered a random bathroom cleaner with a euro plug with a label on one side for an address in Holland and a label on the other with my address and pet bed listed. Because they delivered me something, PayPal aren’t interested. Total scam. They do not answer emails. £60 out of pocket.

I ordered from this company and the dog bed arrived several weeks later than promised. Within two weeks the bed had burst at the seam. I have emailed them several times asking for a replacement or refund and cannot get any response. I would not recommend anyone use this company.

Dog bed arrived today, much to my surprise from being convinced I had been scammed and would never see anything for my money. As with aĺl the other comments, £60 was a lot to pay for such a flimsy product. Pity I didn't see such reviews at the time I placed the order back in April.
While waiting, on checking out the company there was no contact or address detail. Only the email address which I emailed to cancel the order requesting a refund twice but as many have mention there was no response.
My dog has since died so bed is of no use anyway now. Feeling gutted.
From my experience of ordering clothes when it turns out was an email company in China, I am told that customs fees are really heavy when returning goods to their warehouse so not even worth going there with the bed.

And it looks like I have been had too!! Money taken before bed arrived; contacted them & Sophia emailed back assuring me it would arrive. I waited a month & it arrived today; ordered large & my terrier doesn’t even fit in it. In addition to that, the fabric & quality of bed is absolutely rubbish!! I have emailed to ask for an address to send it back but not heard anything; not holding my hopes up at all. I ordered because I saw an ad on Facebook. This SCAM is outrageous & they need to be blocked from advertising. Really gutted as money is so hard to earn. DISGUSTING...DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

I am very sorry I have given this company a 1 star it doesn’t even merit that. I purchased a dog bed at the start of April and it has not arrived, they do not answer my emails and I am asking for a refund. I will also now be seeking legal advice. I cannot review the product but the company is a disgrace. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this so called company!!!!!!

I strongly recommend you do not purchase from this company. I ordered a dog bed in April 2020after numerous emails and having to seek legal advise our order arrived. It was of very poor quality and not in anyway the product we ordered. It was also not the right colour. It was flimsy and described as a cat bed. We have wasted £60.00 on a poor quality item. In the midst of COVID-19 we are not returning the item as it could take another three months to get a refund. The item came with no receipt paper work or returns form. This is not a legitimate company be advised never to purchase from them.

Unlike many other purchasers my ordered pet bed arrived, 3 months late and following a credit card investigation by my bank (which I think is why I finally received it).
The quality is awful - it’s just a floppy circle of fabric with very little padding.
I’d bought a similar-style bed from a local pet shop in the meantime and the quality of that is super. So my lesson is learned - buy local or buy from trusted sources. I would recommend anyone looking to buy from this company (which seems to have many different names) to avoid.

The wrong item was shipped to me after 4 weeks of waiting. I have asked them to return it so I can get the item I ordered and they have refused. Do not order anything from them they are not a proper site it is a scam.

This company is a scam. At the beginning of April it seems to have advertised on Facebook selling dog beds. when ordered 3 months later have never arrived. Same thing seems to apply to other customers. " Some good reviews all written by two names which when checked don't seem to exist. When you think you are paying by card and check with the bank later it has gone through some other system called e-commerce. The address of the company account is not in the UK at all but in Latvia. It has now disappeared from Facebook. Only bought 2 items from facebook advertisers. Luckily not a lot of money. Both occasions however I was scammed. On contacting UK trading standards they advised NO ONE SHOULD BUY ANYTHING FROM ANY COMPANY ADVERTISING ON FACEBOOK. I wont be making those mistakes again. I do buy on the internet and have found no problems to date with other major sales platforms. Avoid this company like the plague.

This company does not deserve the one star but had to put it to write a review...THIS COMPANY NEEDS REPORTING FOR STEALING PEOPLES MONEY......I’ve got a claim through PayPal atm . Ordered a pet bed on 7th April and still waiting . Every time I email I get a generic reply blaming Covid... it’s a scam DONT USE THIS FRAUDULENT SO CALLED COMPANY

Ordered Pet bed which never arrived. Have contacted them and each time told it is on its way and will arrive in 2 weeks.Two months later and still not arrived. Looks like the company is a scam

Same as everyone else, still waiting For my order 3 months on, no reply when asked for my money back, automated response when chased order up claiming Covid19 causing delay, but order would be received within 10 days !! It’s all lies. AVOID, AVOID AVOID !! The worst customer Service ever !,

If I could rate them 0 I would but unfortunately I can’t. Stay well away from this company. I am now going to contact my credit card to claim my money back and they will then black list the company. If you all do the same none of the credit card companies will let you buy from this fraudulent site. They are now just coming up with excuses that they cannot find my account.

This is ridiculous, your last reply said my order would be delivered to me
“ in up to 10 days time” . This you stated on an email dated 21st May 2020, 10 days from then takes it to 15 days. Even if you don’t count the 2 weekends within this time period, it is still 11 days.

TOTAL SCAM
I ordered my dog bed in early April and it hasn't arrived two months later. From what I've read elsewhere, even if they do arrive the quality is terrible.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered a dog bed on 7th April and it’s nearly two months later and I still haven’t received the dog bed. I’ve sent emails to chase delivery but I’m getting emails saying there’s a delay due to the coronavirus. I then asked for a refund but the company said I couldn’t have a refund as set out in their Terms of Service. I’ve asked for a copy of their Terms of Service and I’m still waiting for them.

10 weeks ive waited si far still no item. Automated replies with no sign of me ever receiving the item.

I have been waiting since approx 3 month
I chased up via email 5-6 times and every time automated reply

Very disappointing

AVOID, AVOID,AVOID this 'company'. I waited 6 weeks for my delivery with no communication from them whatsoever. I had to constantly email them and finally received an email from 'Anna' siting COVID-19 as an excuse!! .Agree with the last reviewer - absolute rubbish and a complete waste of money. Had I seen this bed in a shop I would definitely not have purchased it, it's not worth the £50 I paid for it. It offers no support for my dog and the size is incorrect despite following the size guidelines on their website. I emailed, sent in pictures as requested (this product came with no attached label or invoice paperwork). I have now requested a refund and suffice to say have heard nothing since.
WARNING - do not be scammed by this despicable so-called company like I, and, looking at the reviews, so many others have.
