What a wonderful company.
I ordered the hope ring for my 9 year old granddaughter Pippa and went to show it to my son and put it back in the gift box I had ordered with it. Then on the day I decided to wrap all my gifts, I wanted to look at it before wrapping it. It was gone. Of course I panicked. I spent days walking back and forth the same path I always walk from my house to my sons house.. even using a metal detector. Nothing..
When contacted by your company to find out how my granddaughter reacted.. I told them that I had lost it before I could give it to her. I received a message today that they are giving me one time courtesy replacement. You have no idea how happy this has made me. I will be doing more business with you.

Disappointing product
I received the ring today and am so disappointed with the product I received. This was a gift for a friend who lost 2 of her cats within months of each other. The product I saw on the website was a far cry from what I received. The engraving is virtually invisible without a magnifying glass, and the ring was much smaller than it looked on the website. The metal is so thin it looks like it will easily break. I'm glad I didn't upgrade to the silver. I had thought to get one for myself and am glad now that I didn't.
