I recently only gave this company a low score as I was upset as I couldn't get hold off them.
This as been rectified to my satisfaction,I'm extremely grateful for the messages I've received also the offer to replace the ring. Thankyou again Hope Rings

Was really pleased with the ring when I…

Was really pleased with the ring when I received it 24/12/25,but since two weeks ago I've noticed it making my finger green , I believed it was silver ,and saying I paid £40 for it ,I'm extremely upset,I've emailed the company but had no reply.

Just switched my Gas over after being with Eon since November,they've been brilliant,after the first month they reduced my payments and I'm still in credit. Looking forward to seeing how things go .. ATM I'm going to give them 10/10 for the help they've given me during the transfer. Thankyou ..

Not happy, the guy didnt even knock on the door as i was home, then didnt even get msg to say where hed put it. My so n eventually found it after seatching the bins and we found it out in the back garden whilst it was raining !!

I tried this site last night and got…

After the bank got involved i was offered a full refund , it shouldn't have to come to this..hopefully now this business will continue to grow and be honest with it's customers.
Thankuou for the refund i really appreciate it.

I tried this site last night and got through to AI I presumed it was real ppl I would be talking too .. I paid 1.00 as that's all I could afford then was sdked if I would like to see my results I said yes after I'd finished I cancelled the account as it didn't seem real ( in my eyes) when I checked on my bank I'd had another 23.99 taken from my account..I'm on sickness benefits and can't afford to pay that, I sent them a email asking if u could have that payment back i was told no but I could appeal and was sent a link . That didn't go anywhere apart from to a AI app that wanted payment.... I'd never use them again and I wouldn't advise anyone else too either.....

***As off today yhe 7Th April my bank is dealing with this issue i will definitelybe looking at trust pilot in the future before i try any other sites ***

I cancelled my membership a few months ago ... yesterday I got a request to update my payment details??? I sent them a message thinking that would sort it but no yet again tonight u get another message saying they can't get any payments from my card .. I won't be using this place anymore ..never had trouble before when I've cancelled anything...

Marbles have been so helpful over the…

This card as been so helpful over the last few months, it's helping so much with my credit score which is on the way up :)
The best way to keep on top of your finances is too download the app as its helped me with payments, statements etc.
The initial balance I was offered is very good as it's helped me to gift my Daughter her pram as we await my 1st Grandchild who is due in the next 2 months.
