Entering my second year with RAaW's adult training program, I've found it to be truly unparalleled. Initially unsure of the direction or guidance I needed, RAaW proved to be a comprehensive experience. The training is intense, personalized, thorough, and extremely fulfilling. We're not just enhancing our skills in theatre and film acting; we are also honing our writing, spoken word, vocal abilities, physical presence, and personal discipline. This all stems from the dedication of Robbi Stevens and Abbie Elliot—two mentors ready to support your journey if you're committed to improving as an actor and becoming part of RAaW!

I worked for Raw as an accent coach and absolutely adored working with the students. They were hard working and focused and couldn't of asked for more!

An amazing organisation with passion at its heart. RAaW is a unique experience that has been instrumental in growing my daughter’s confidence and social skills as well as her acting abilities. Seeing my daughter perform with such powerful and nuanced emotions is such a joy to experience. With a focus on theatre and film but also dance, accent and fight scene training (among other specific topics), this school gives a comprehensive training that only full time acting school compares to. It’s a commitment worth doing if you want a training system you can fit work or school around as you only encounter dedicated people here. So proud for my daughter to be associated with this excellent organisation.

This is my second year in the adult training program with RAaW and it's truly one of one. I started this not knowing what type of experience or coaching I was looking for and have found RAaW incredibly well-rounded. Training is rigorous, personal, detailed, and highly rewarding. Here, we not only improve our theatre and film acting, but also develop our writing, spoken word, voice, physicality, and personal habits. This is all thanks to Robbi Stevens and Abbie Elliot - two individuals who will invest in you if you wish to invest in your growth as an actor and join RAaW!

I have been at RAaW for almost 3 years now and I can truly say it has changed my life for the better. The training we get is excellent and the coaches Robbi and Abbie are not only amazing at what they do, but are kind, loving and supportive. I definitely think the acting training is top tier and the Stevens Technique can really boost your acting to a new level.

I studied at RAaW for about 2 years which feels so weird to say, it feels longer based on how much I learnt and grew as a creative & a person. It pushed me and challenged me- without that I wouldn't have the skills I have today. If you are looking to be the best actor you can be I highly recommend RAaW. I've attended other part time drama schools but nowhere comes close to what RAaW teaches you about your craft. It gives you an amazing foundation to stand on and teaches you a work ethic which you need to keep yourself going throughout your career and life in general! I made great friends and the teachers are great. The technique you learn puts everything into perspective. I really recommend it for anyone looking for a hands on, full-on actor training.

Raaw is an amazing drama school and agency, the teaching methods here are so unique but effective, I have made amazing friendships and relationships in raaw ot is such an inclusive environment and a lovely place to be

I love taking classes here, everyone is so supportive and overall a pleasure to be taught by. Often we have guest coaches who teach us a range of relevant skills. RAaW has helped me gain confidence and a range of skills such as accents, emotion on stage and how to work in groups; all skills are extremely useful outside of classes.

Raaw is a brilliant company where you can begin your acting experience or continue, my experience at raaw was indescribable it was the most comforting, supportive company which 100% made me grow my acting skills way better, not only by my piers but by my acting coaches! I 100% recommend raaw not just for acting but to improve your confidence within yourself but with play/film writing and vocal support.

I’ve been at RAaW for many years, having joined as a child, and they have single handedly created what was a casual dream of being an actor into believing whole heartedly that i am able to achieve what i always wished doing. They have a beautifully unique insight in acting methodology, with top level training every week in the form of Robbi and Abbie, and established guest coaches. Besides that, RAaW becomes a family of dedicated individuals who push me and eachother to be the best versions of ourselves, and i don’t know where id be without the relationships that i’ve built in these years.
Truly changed my life

The reason I am who I am today is because of Raaw , I spent many years at Raaw and learnt so many different things ! The love Raaw gave me as an actor and person is unmatched with anywhere else I have trained. Robbi and Abbie bring so much too Raaw , so much love , passion and hard work! I really wouldn’t be where I am today without them . The skills Raaw has given me , is definitely the reason I’m able to do what I’m doing now with my career ! So thank you Raaw !!!

The training, love and support you get from Raaw is incomparable to other places. Once you start at Raaw you learn so much about the craft and about yourself as a person. If you are seriously looking to pursue an acting career and you want to push yourself to another level, Raaw is definitely the place for you.

A truly fantastic and formative experience on both a personal level and in terms of my acting ability. I would wholeheartedly recommend RAaW for anyone that wants to take their acting seriously and be prepared for the industry.

RAaW was a creative home for me for 4 years. I started training there when I was 15 and I what I learnt was invaluable. Every box was ticked for me and the lessons learnt there have helped me a lot in my acting career thus far. We had the opportunity to film scenes for our showreel which helped a lot with making us visible to all casting directors and other industry professionals. We also performed in a theatre every year which helped get our names out there and enable us to get seen for projects. All in all, I fully recommend RAaW to anybody that’s looking for a fully rounded training experience with teachers that care about your progress.

RAaW isn’t just an acting school, it’s a place where you are seen and heard and truly cared for. The relationships I have made are for life. I have been pushed to places I didn’t think I could reach, even after I finished training. If you give 100% you will get 200% back, the amount of support and tireless energy teachers at RAaW put into you is incredible.

Through my two years I did a number of short films and performances which then led to collaborating with the founder of RAaW to make a huge film (The Nightingale Film) about certain issues in society, the film was created alongside my training at RAaW and contained after I graduated and after 2 years of hard work it’s being entered into film festivals globally this year. I had never been involved in something to this scale before and to be able to be involved in so many aspects of the film such as writing, directing, auditioning as well as playing the lead character was an experience I will always hold close to my heart. Myself, Robbi (founder and director) and Abbie (producer) worked side by side to make magic. Always listening and respecting one another’s input and intuition.

Overall joining RAaW has been the best time of my life and I wish I could have stayed forever but of course it wouldn’t be RAaW if they didn’t make you spread your wings and leave the nest.

RaAW is to thank for so much of my personal development. Aside from the excellent acting training, the high standards that we were held to regarding professionalism provided me with invaluable lessons and habits that I've naturally implemented into every part of my life as an adult. Congratulations on the move to Southwark - can't wait to see what the team gets up to next!

Not only was the training extremely personalised and life changing, but my experience with RAaW films was crucial to my skills as an actor. Particularly, 'The Nightingale.' As well as being cast in the film as one of the supporting leads, I was able to input and brainstorm ideas for the script and my ideas were always considered/platformed. I really felt heard and supported as both a creative and an actor, which is so important.
