I woke up to an issue with my payment…
I woke up to an issue with my payment not going through for Dec. and Rainwalk reps answered promptly and they told me to contact my bank and fraudulent action was detected. I am a little frustrated the bank did not contact me first. Rainwalk talked to me in a very caring way. Hopefully the payment will go through and it will be over.

Really responsive to emails and calls. Claim took a few weeks to process, but they were upfront about the time. It was really easy and simple.

I also recently submitted my first claim, actually not realizing before that I had a vaccine benefit. It was easy to go to the website and file the claim, and then Rainwalk took it from there. They reimbursed me the alotted amount based on my policy in a timely manner, and even sooner than expected. I appreciate Rainwalk and their exemplary service team very much. Thank you!
Submitted claim and did not hear back…
Submitted claim and did not hear back from someone till a week later after I had to reach out first. Then was told I needed to provide more documentation then waited another 2 weeks to get approved and 10 days after that I got paid.. overall I could of just paid for the service myself as it took a month to get my payment back.
first claim for Lola
I filed our first claim for our bull terrier Lola (rattlesnake bite) with Rainwalk in May. I am happy to report that Lola is fine and Rainwalk paid exactly what our policy with the company said it would pay. I wish our auto insurance were half as responsive as Rainwalk has been.

Rainwalk has a very simple process to file claims and to issue payments. It took about 3 1/2 weeks, and they deposited the funds directly to my bank account. The process was seamless.

Wonderful experience submitting claims. Very easy to upload the invoice and super fast response times to questions and claims. This is by far the best pet insurance company that I have worked with. So glad we decided to make the switch.
