Well recommended shop for quality products

I ordered 4 summer tires 3 days ago, today they were delivered, with a DOT that is only 2 months old, so all in all from my experience everything went perfect.

This is a disaster. I don't recommend this company to anyone. I ordered a rim, they sent me a different size, I sent them back at my own expense, they re-sent them to a different address, they returned them, and they re-sent them, and the rims arrived two months later. I opened the package and, to my surprise, the rim was scratched! It also had two paint chips. Of course, the seller doesn't care. What ignorance and treating customers like garbage. Never again. The matter has been referred to the Consumer Federation.

This is a response to lies, lies, and more lies.. You're just trying to exonerate yourself, but the truth is, as I wrote, you don't care about customers or the regulations that protect them. The company's policy is focused on salespeople, not customers. So it's no wonder customers are dissatisfied with your company's service. You run a business based on commissions from other companies and thrive on ripping off customers, which you profit from, but you don't care about customer rights. and you are still lying that you sent the parcel to Poland when no one gave you such an address. This company should be closed. The financial and tax authorities should deal with you. You are selfish. How can someone send damaged goods and tell them you're not interested and the matter is closed? This is just rudeness, not a serious company.

Not only did they have the size (295/35/19, 305/35/19), and type (winter), of tire I needed; from order to doorstep was less than a week. I couldn't believe the service. Very responsive team. Definitely would order from them again.

I ordered 4 rims from RSU. I found RSU through Idealo.de. Everything went smoothly to a few weeks after the delivery. Then i suddenly got an invoice of 123 euros for the delivery. When I ordered the delivery costs were 0 euro. When you check the "Bezahlung & Versand" it says Alle Felgen Versandkostenfrei. They have now sent me more invoices and threaten with a debt collection firm. They say it´s because I am living in Finland and they don´t send to Finland and still they did. There was no announcement about not delivering to Finland, when I ordered. They have informed me that there is some note about this where the customer questions are. Why should the customer read all the questions, when it says that the Shipment is "free shipping". You can check this by going to RSU.de and choose a rim and put it in the shopping cart and choose an address in Finland. The delivery cost is 0 euro. Their way of making business on the internet is not legal. You are not allowed to send invoices afterwards. The customer has to see all costs, when he/she is making the order. I hope they will write off the illegal invoice for delivery. My Customer number is 1320705.

Ease of ordering, clarity, excellent prices

They canceled my order and then increased the price by 60 EUR for the same tires. They offered me a 5 EUR voucher. Really "nice"!

I just wanted to add that the price wasn't utopian and unrealistic at all because just two weeks ago the "market" price for these tires was even lower. You (and others) just artificially increased it due to the current demand. It is just greedy and that's why my rating won't change.

The next day (after you canceled my order) I ordered from a different seller for an even lower price than your "utopian" crazy low mistake price.

Wheels although advertised with a tuv certificate for my car will not fit. They refuse to do anything as they say you mounted them, which is not true, as that was not possible at all. Never again! STAY AWAY!
