It’s the second time that we buy beds from them. Very friendly a professional manners and we got a lot of guidance regarding sleeping conditions and postures and what kind of beds would suit us best. Highly recommended

First of all, we are waiting for an answer about a complaint. Moreover, those who went to deliver, acted in a kind of violence, when i had to accept the bed and give an evaluation of their service, with the operator that, when I holded my phone, pressed 5 star and then pressed "send", without giving me the chance of avoid it

Mixed feelings about Seng.

The store service was very friendly, but I also felt we weren’t shown all the options. Only after paying and walking out did we notice other beds that looked interesting, ones we would have liked to consider before choosing.

The beds look incredible in the showroom, but after delivery, our Vive Lux Continental felt surprisingly cheap.

The bed frame is extremely light and made from very cheap-feeling pine.

The assembly manual is a single poorly printed page.

Mounting the headboard is basically guesswork since there are no clear instructions, not even guidance on which holes to use.

The 180 cm mattress is actually two 90 cm mattresses with a thin cover around them.

That cover is the only protection. A proper mattress should have foam all around the springs to keep them stable and protected.

We’re already experiencing some sagging after less than two weeks, which is very disappointing for this price range.

Pricing also feels quite misleading.
They constantly run big discounts, and the quality is nowhere near the full asking price. The bed only feels somewhat fair if you get at least 50% off ; which says a lot about how inflated the original prices are.

On top of that, certain things like bed feet aren’t included. The feet cost over 1000 kr for four very basic pieces, while similar feet at IKEA cost around 200 kr.

The top mattress cover they sold us was also poorly fitted , way too big and sliding around. We wasted 619 kr on it and ended up buying a much cheaper one at IKEA that actually fits properly.

It’s still early to judge the bed’s long-term durability, but the early sagging and light construction don’t inspire much confidence.
We do love the look of the bed, though. The warranty covers sagging, but since up to 2 cm is considered “normal,” it’s hard to know how helpful it will be in practice.

The approach of the staff was so friendly and helpful. Clearly elaborate the products and prices.

Charlotte organized different topmatresses for us to try on and sometimes organized twice the same topmattress so we could compare the products.
They sell quality products.

Good service

Bjørn Rustad was an amazing advisor - we waited a few months after our purchase to write this review, so we could be as truthful as possible.

The purchasing process was fantastic. Bjørn made us aware of things that we couldn't have known without his guidance, and found us the perfect bed for the price point we were looking for. Easily the best purchase we have made. What a difference a good night's sleep makes!
