I expected a delivery today, the driver called me that he would be at my place in an half an hour. My daughter was inside the house and I was in the stable. When I walked back to the house I saw the driver drive away. I tried to call him right away several times, but he didn't pick up his phone. My daughter told me he hadn't knocked or anything. If he had picked up his phone it was all settled within 10 minutes. Very bad service

He kept yelling at me and insulting me all the time when I said that I paid for the delivery inside. This driver was extremely rude and was swearing a lot. Don’t offer the option of delivery inside if the driver will refuse to do it and insult you for asking it.

Received a delivery window of 4 hours Saturday morning and a quarter to 11 I received a text message that the delivery would arrive in 30-60 min. At 12 nothing has arrived and I call the driver, who states he had been at my house ringing the doorbell without response. I was very surpriced since we where two adults and two children at home without any of us had realized anyone at the door. Since we had ordered furniture for a significant amount which we needed asap we requested the driver to return, which was rejected - instead we where told we would get a new delivery time. We asked why he hadn't called when noone answered at the door which he claimed he had done and he had even been taken a photo of the frontdoor. When asked to describe the frontdoor on the photo taken it was clear it wasn't our house - on top of the claim that he had called us on the phone was a lie. He told us he would look into what he could do and call us back. An hour later we hadn't heard anything and called the driver again. He told us that the delivery would be next Saturday and we could call the furniture shop if we disagreed to it. Asked why he didn't call us back he stated that he couldn't see why???? Maybe because he promised and we were waiting for it!!!! Mistake happens, but when it does you try to compensate for it - even if it means an additional 30 min of work. When calling RTC customer service they agreed to it was unsatisfying, but couldn't get hold of the driver, hence no delivery this weekend.

The delivery number from Bolia is 701711055. And yes I have reached out to their customer service as well who now have compensated me for the delivery cost, plus a gift card due to RTC's poor service - I really hope they will get compensated by RTC, so it is not just a smart way for RTC to get paid twice for a non-completed delivery. Bolia's customer service also share the photo taken by your driver of the frontdoor where he tried to deliver the furniture. Turns out it is our neighboor who house is still under construction and far from finished which you can clearly see both from the outside and when you stand in front of the frontdoor seeing all the construction materials. One thing is having complete incompetent employees, another thing is fully backing them and not trying to resolve a mistake. This leads to extreme bad customer experiences.

Unprofessional and Dishonest Service
RTC failed to deliver our furniture as scheduled. The driver didn’t ring the doorbell or make a real attempt to contact us — just a single call that disconnected instantly and went unanswered when we called back. Then he took a photo of our door and left, falsely claiming we weren’t home.
We were waiting the entire morning, fully available. This feels like a deliberate attempt to skip the delivery while blaming the customer. Completely unprofessional, dishonest, and frustrating. If you care about your time and peace of mind, avoid RTC.
