Die Lieferzeiten sind extrem lang, viel Laenger als auf der Website. Customer Support antwortet nicht auf Emails. They do not send the order and at the same time do not allow to add other items to the order. This is a very bad company.

Unable to deliver the ordered goods. If you are lucky, the deliver times are more than 4 Months (!!), otherwise they keep postponing the delivery time each time you ask them when they will finally deliver it.

2700 EUR value of hansgrohe products…
2700 EUR value of hansgrohe products were ordered to München. They told me, that 1 piece is out of stock and I should wait 3 weeks, then I answered to delete the missing one from my order. They refunded the 270 EUR, and the other ones were shipped in 2 days.

At first, I was hesitant because of the mixed reviews I had read online about Sonono. But I have now made 2 international orders from The Netherlands and have had no problem with them. In fact, a large item in the first order arrived damaged and they picked it up at home and replaced it by a new unit without any extra cost.
From my experience, they are not only price competitive, but also a reliable online store.

I ordered a toilet which arrived broken, I tried to contact them by mail no response, I tried to contact them by phone and they told me that they can't provide support in English or french, sorry but it isn't written on your website!
Empty box delivery and waiting for part since 3 months. No service
I ordered a product mid of may since they have mentioned that the product is readily available. After ordering they took one month to deliver. The delivery was incomplete and i contacted them and they were unfriendly and till now i did not get the delivery and they informed the delivery will be in September. The customer service was very unfriendly, never had such bad experience till now in any online shop.

28.6. Called. Customer service: we need to cancel it in the system and now pay for the return package. (??!??)
So basically Sonono is punishing their customers for their mistakes. A normal company would apologise for the huge delay and for neglecting the cancel order and maybe offer a small gift to a customer that had spent close to 5k this year already. Not Sonono... :(
5 succesful orders to Netherlands
I did 5 consecutive orders from this web site (bought all the taps of my bathroom and WC). They delivered all of them perfectly without any mistake to Netherlands.On the contrary, I always had problems with Dutch sanitary shops.
I never ordered anything which is not in stock and never tried to return anything so I can't comment on those aspects but my experience was perfect so far.
Unexpectedly fantastic performance
Ordered 28 items that were in stock according to site, although some of them in low supply. Paid and got an email alerting me that delays may occur. I was worried. Next day I called. Service was easy, responsive and all around good. Turned out just one minor item would be delivered 4 days later. 27 out of 28 items arrived in perfect order on time, newly boxed and 100% to specification. The last one arrived 2 days later. Verdict: much better than expected, in absolute data a near-perfect. Good prices too. Just stop confusing customers with needlessly alarming emails.
Promised same day shipping, but still nothing after 5 days...
I ordered from them because the website said my item was in stock and would be shipped the same day. That was 5 days ago...
I have e-mailed them twice, but a chatbot gives better answers than their customer 'service'. They keep repeating that my order wil ship 'shortly', completely ignoring my kind request to look into this, because either an item is in stock and can be shipped the same day, or something went wrong. But they just refuse to actually look into it.
I am happy for those customers that have had a positive experience, but I would never order from them again!
Update: despite the complete nonsense answers from customer service, the order did ship after 6 days and arrived a day later. Well packaged, product as described. If communication would be better and more honest/accurate, this would actually be worth recommending because of the value for money.

I purchased a towel rack from Sonono. At first I was apprehensive as I read some bad reviews but decided to give it a try as they responded to my query within a day before I made the purchase. After purchasing, they sent an invoice to my email. After which, they also sent a tracking number for the DHL package the next day. The item reached my germany freight forwarder site (mygermany.com) within 1-2 days. My freight forwarder also confirmed receiving it and all went very well and smooth without any hiccups or confusion. Very satisfied with the service that I received from Sonono. Now, I am just waiting for my freight forwarder to send the item to Singapore, which is supposed to be another 7 to 8 days.
Update: my item reached Singapore in less than 1 week. Item came in good condition. Too happy with my purchase :)

It's taken over 4 months to receive my whole order. Lots of stress over that time being given inaccurate estimates and then they cut their phones off at which point I assume this is a scam.
But the items eventually turned up. Prices very good but the worst execution.

Was skeptical about the site since the reviews are 50/50, but my order arrived in only TWO DAYS. Was packaged very well and the quality is perfect.
