Could not organise a Covid Test in a Pandemic. No idea about logistics.
I placed an order for an elderly person on 1st May for a mandatory Covid Test kit for her return from France on 15th May. The arrival date is a question that is asked so the order shows clearly:
What is your arrival date to the UK? 15/05/2021
The Covid Test did not arrive by 17th May and after 2 stressful calls to the elderly person from the government track and trace asking why she has not completed the test, I had to spend over an hour contacting TNT who confirmed that Randox IGNORED my mum's arrival date and posted the kit on 4th May for delivery 10 days before her return!
When I try to contact Randox, the website shows there is a 10 minute queue to access the site - even to see the Contact or About Page. It feels like a scam. Randox has no idea what they are doing.
I have emailed them but have no idea when the Testing Kit will arrive. This kit costs £175 which is an overly inflated rip-off. DO NOT USE RANDOX.
This has caused a lot of stress to an elderly lady and a lot of my time.

Kamile, in addition to making "improvements to both our website and customer support response times ", I suggest improving your business processes i.e. use the Arrival Date minus 2 business days as the trigger to dispatch the tests.
The NHS have now posted the tests as there was no response from emails and calls to Randox. I have requested a full refund but I have also had no response on that. Please can you organise this immediately?
