Very, very bad experience - paid 28€ for a couple of MEGABYTES of data.
I subscribed Tadaam Mobile on 27 November 2025
as a secondary source of mobile internet for me. In spite of my best efforts (checked connections configuration, rebooted my mobile phone, removed physical SIM cards and rebooted again, configured the APN and rebooted again...), the eSIM could only connect to the EDGE network (an improved 2G).
I contacted Tadaam's support first by chat on the 27th Nov, then via email on the 28th November explaining my issue and the steps I took, with screenshots, to no reply. On 1st December I got an automatic email stating they had delays and asking to contact support again if the issue persisted. I did so and got a first answer on 3rd December to inform me that the support did "a manipulation" and ask me to try again. I still couldn't connect to the 4G or 5G so I requested the support to stop the contract and to not pay for the service that Tadaam couldn't deliver : in total, I could "use" no more than 50 megabytes(!) of data, I have a screenshot showing 12Mb used in December on Tadaam's EDGE (2G) network as it was impossible to connect to 4G or 5G.
On 4th December Tadaam informed me that the contract was stopped, yet they invoiced me 28.33€.
I contacted the support again and got a reply that this was perfectly OK because the contract was stopped on Dec 4th and they don't do prorata temporis on their contracts. Apparently the 3.33€ for the last days of November aren't a prorata temporis according to their "logic".
I feel scammed by Tadaam : if their support worked correctly, I wouldn't have had to wait for a week to get a reply on my technical issue and I could have stopped the contract still in November. Now I needed to pay for the entire month of December for a service that couldn't be delivered to me and for deep inefficiencies on the support side. Tadaam, are you guys serious?
For the record, I subscribed with Mobile Vikings the same day when I stopped the contract with Tadaam and it worked straight away - a nice 5G service with no issue whatsoever.
Please stay away from Tadaam.

The absolute worst internet provider I ever had. I cannot stream anything, without interruptions. When I contacted their customer services, they recommended me to reset the modem. After I did that, the connection disappeared completely, and they haven't done anything about it in more than a day.
Their customer service is lousy beyond comprehension. They keep closing my cases saying "I'm glad to hear that the issue is now resolved". And when I get them back online they ask me to do a speed Test (which every time is 0, since I don't have internet), or to check where in my flat I should place the modem for the best reception.
It's incredible

After 10 days i still do not have my modem delivered. So I am paying for a service and I am not receiving anything for my payment. The support is not helpful. I was sent a tracking link which is not working. Need support or I want to request an alternative delivery for a new modem.
I ordered and paid the package, that never arrived!!!!
None is replying to my emails and the chat is useless.
If I don't get it I will report to the Police.

Extremely disappointing experience. I placed and paid for my order last Thursday. Tadaam promises “24-hour delivery”, yet after several days I have received absolutely nothing — no shipping confirmation, no tracking number, no update of any kind.
Customer support is practically nonexistent. Emails remain unanswered, WhatsApp support does not respond, and the chatbot repeats the same useless messages. There is simply no way to reach a real person.
At this point the service feels completely unprofessional and borderline fraudulent — you take customers’ money and then disappear without a single status update. If this is what Tadaam calls “24-hour delivery”, it’s misleading at best.
Avoid until they fix their logistics and offer real customer support.

Installation was supposed to be a breeze. However, the TADAAM TV box cannot recognize that it is connected to the TADAAM router (an Ethernet cable connection) and so I cannot use the TV service at all although I am paying for it. Contacted suport immediately by writing an email and later by talking to AI on their site and on the iPhone App. They never wrote back. It has been 4 days now.
UPDATE 1: So, from the answer below I have learned that they have the time to go around websites and try to put a positive spin on clients' negative comments, but they do not have the time to return an email and actually provide support. How will a FAQ help with a nonfunctioning device that needs to be replaced? And in the meantime I am paying for a service I am not receiving.
UPDATE 2: They finally contacted me through WhatsApp (although at that point I had sent three separate detailed emails with pictures of the problem). I directed them again to email communication as I do not feel that WhatsApp is the medium to use. They wrote back by email but in French although they were answering to emails in English and my profile on their site is set to use English as my language of choice. They asked for more pictures. I made and sent those pictures in my next email. That was the last I heard from TADAAM. It has now been eight days since the problem was initially reported with no solution offered. I am still paying for a TV service that I cannot use. Just awful, awful support. You sign up, pay and if the device is defective out of the box, you are on your own.

Unreachable customer service. Reported a malfunctioning tvbox (no lights when connecting to electricity and hdmi at all) at whatsapp, the bot said we will receive a mail/call. 48u later still no one heard at mail or phonecall. Even unresponsive at the whatsapp chat.

It’s not 5G
You told me it will be 5G too but the light of 5G is not working on the Device.

How do I change my internet modem password? Would someone be kind enough to help? I wrote to Tadaam via their phone number two days ago, and they left me on read.

I received a 4g-only modem instead of a 5g one as advertised - very poor network reception and low speed 3-4Mbps. I have contacted the customer service to return the devices and cancel my subscription a couple of days after receiving them and, apart from the standard AI-powered messages, I have received no reply yet. Its unclear if I’ll see my money back and I would not recommend their service.

I did nor received tadaam until now
Two days passed on my subscription without tadaam modem

First the coverage of the netwerk was not optimal and several months after I cancelled my subscription and returned the box, Taadam charged my credit card. This is fraud. Please be careful.
